Possibility Management is a growing set of tools, distinctions, thoughtmaps, and processes used in the adulthood-initiation radical-responsibility nonmaterial-value centered cultures that are rapidly emerging around world now that Matriarchy and Patriarchy have run their course. The next culture is called 'Archiarchy'.

Archiarchy is the culture of archetypally initiated adult women creatively collaborating with archetypally initiated adult men.

This website collects some of the Thoughtmaps from Archiarchy that we have already discovered. There are many more still to be found.

A 'Thoughtmap' explains why you think the way you think.

Your Thoughtmaps are nearly pre-verbal structures out of which you build your worldview. Your Thoughtmaps define how the world works for you. They determine what you can perceive and what you can express.

Each person assembles a unique set of Thoughtmaps into an Inner Structure for themselves as their best way to survive in the world. This is why different people faced with the same challenges and the same resources create wildly varying results.

We have found that the closer your Thoughtmaps approximate reality, the more power you have to create useful outcomes.

We have also discovered that since you needed to already be able to think before you went to school, you adopted a lot of your Thoughtmaps from your parents. Where did they get their Thoughtmaps? From their parents!

This means you are probably using Thoughtware that has been handed down from generation to generation for thousands of years. You may me using very outdated Thoughtmaps.

'Thoughtware' is the combination of your Distinctions plus Thoughtmaps.

You use Distinctions, Thoughtmaps, and Inner Navigating to upgrade your Thoughtware during authentic adulthood initiations or Emotional Healing Processes (EHP).
