"Know thine enemies, know thy selves."

Create a weekly online-or-offline Study Group specifically to read Rene Daumal's 'Mount Analogue' together. Read the book slowly, sentence by sentence, paragraph by paragraph. Do the following Experiments:

1. Make sure each person is with the Team every step of the way, that everyone understands every word and no one gets left behind. Make it the highest purpose of your Study Group that everyone stays 'roped-up' in your climbing Team. Talk about this purpose with people at the beginning of each Study Group meeting.
2. Figure out exactly where in the story the main character encounters each barrier. For example, where does he first encounter Fear as his enemy?
3. Each week, check in with each member of your Team about where they are encountering the barrier of Fear as an enemy in their lives. Have them write this down in their Beep! Book. Help clarify this for each other.
4. Figure out exactly where in the story the main character encounters the tool or weapon for conquering each of his enemies. For example, where does he first encounter Clarity as a way to transform his Fear?
5. Each week, check in with each member of your Team about how they are - or are not - using Clarity as a transformational factor to derive the wisdom and insight benefits from their Fear, for example. Have each person write their status report down in their Beep! Book.
6. As you read the book together (especially read slowly and carefully through the notes transcribed at the end of the book by Rene Daumal's wife, Vera Milanova, after Rene's death...) help each other design experiments to do to strengthen and empower each one where they are on their evolutionary Path.
7. The point is not to try to rush through! Where are you going to rush through to? Old age? The point is to be more thoroughly where you are! Become more skilled and competent owning and navigating the domain you are currently in. Do not try to escape it. Try to take it as far and wide as it goes before E.C.C.O. forces you to leave and enter into the next domain. Master Fear, for example, in terms of mining conscious Fear for its subtle and fantastic treasures. Use Fear to write poetry, to create a transformational healing theater play, to script-out a TV series that introduces people to the healing forces of Fear, etc., etc., etc.

Decide that your Team has the purpose of being the place where you can transform your fear of fear into useful awareness.

Each time you come together, start with a Fear Circle Check-In Experiment during which each person admits more and more of their fears to others, and therefore admits fear into their own consciousness, making it conscious fear.

As you go around your Circle admitting your Fear, others can suggest to you ways to make this fear useful. Write them down in your Beep! Book. Then Become an Experimenter by doing the Experiments they suggest. You may be immensely surprised how many practical, artistic, and transformational uses fear has. It could change your life.

Consider doing a Fear Club for a while as part of your Team meeting.

Each distinction you gain refines your Being in a way that allow you to clearly discern one situation from another, and thereby create more precise actions and interactions.

A distinction gains its value from its context.

For example, knowing that an allen wrench is different from a box-end wrench but the same as a hex key may not be useful while you are cooking, but is crucial when you are repairing a head gasket in a car engine. Cooking and engine repair are two different contexts, just like patriarchy and archearchy are two different contexts.

It does not so much matter how many or what kind of distinctions you have anchored in your Being. What matters is how relevant your distinctions are to your context.

When you come together in your online-or-offline circular Team meeting (Study Group, S.P.A.R.K. Experiment Group, Research Team, Possibility Team, Whole Permaculture Team, Rage Club, Fear Club, 3 Cell, Safe Circle, etc.) what is the context of your Circle? Who is setting your context?

This Experiment is to put the Poop On The Table and look at what is really going on that everyone knows about but no one is talking about. By gaining clarity about the distinctions in your context, your Team gets to clearly choose the distinctions you want and set aside the distinctions you do not want. This is important work for the success of your Team.

By diving into a clarification about the distinctions in the context of your Team meeting, you deepen the body of your work... the equivalent of increasing the gravitational force around your gameworld. Not only does this empower your Team, it also makes your Team more energetically visible and attractive to other people who are hungry for the particular energetic food that you are creating in your Team.

Write up the working draft of the distinctions in the context of your Team as a Codex. Your Codex will always be a draft - never a 'final version' - because as the awareness and intentions of your Team participants evolves, the distinctions held in your Team gameworld context also evolves.

Self Observation is private work. No one can Self Observe for you. More interestingly, no one can stop you from Self Observation.

Self Observation can reveal many valuable things to you about who you are pretending to be, and what is really going on for you, such as:

• What is the Purpose of each of your words, actions, deeds, or hesitations?
• What are the names and characteristic needs and styles of each of your 18 (or more) creatures in your internal personality zoo?
• Which creature in your zoo has grabbed the wheel and is in charge at this moment? What is their purpose, benefit, and biggest fear?
• What Reactivity causes you to shift from identity to identity? Is it a Button, Hook, Trigger, Trauma, Imbalance, or Demon?
• Who are you trying to please? Who are you being adaptive to? Who are you giving your Center or your Attention to? Where are you Flowing Power? And what drives you to do that?
• And so on...

Self Observation can also be done in a Team by the Team members. The only difference between Team Observation and Self Observation is that whatever is observed about the Team needs to be shared with the Team and then considered by the Team to determine in what ways the observations are accurate and valuable to the Team, or if they are merely Projections from the individual who is reporting what they observe.

This Experiment is to use Self Observation to locate where you are on the Path up the Sacred Mountain, and to share and compare what you notice about yourself with what others in your Team notice about themselves. After that, use Team Observation to locate the context and purpose of your Team gameworld on the Sacred Mountain. This could amplify your Team's ability to clearly interact with and exchange mutual support with other Teams around the world.

Your Team is your 'Community of Practice'. By exchanging value through critical connections with other Communities of Practice you create a field of influence for the emergence of next culture - archearchy. You have become archearchy in action.

Everyone (and their mother...) has secret weapons which they have developed as part of their Survival Strategy that they can use to defend their own personal Status Quo against any kind of change, especially the kind of change that occurs through increased self-awareness.

You use your weapons expertly - although most often unconsciously and reflexively - to do whatever it takes to stay the same: undermine, backstab, sabotage, distract, collapse, play victim, blame, justify, complain, gossip, create intrigue, lie, cheat, steal sexual energy through glances and subtle movements, grab attention and space, control, belittle, dominate, etc.

Trying to force someone else to put their Shadow World energy weapons on the table - thus rendering their weapons useless - is fruitless. No one in their 'right mind' would ever do this because then they are defenseless amongst thieves.

This Experiment is to navigate yourself to undefendedness through putting your own Gremlin's weapons onto the table in full view of everyone else, and taking your 'hands' off of them. This is perhaps the most transformational action anyone can make.

Yes, Fear will arise. Fear is one of your weapons. Put your Fear on the table too.

Then your weaponized Fear is over there on the table, and you are free of it! (...until you pick it up to use it again.)

See what kind of extraordinary Space you can create for each other in your circular Team meetings (Study Group, S.P.A.R.K. Experiment Group, Research Team, Possibility Team, Whole Permaculture Team, Rage Club, Fear Club, 3 Cell, Safe Circle, etc.)

Everybody knows what nobody is talking about.

This is the 'Poop'.

By not talking about the Poop, it remains unexposed, yes... but... the Space remains stinky.

Putting the Poop On The Table is not a pretty sight, but then, by making the Poop conscious, something can consciously be done about it.

The Universe is designed in a way such that the solution to any problem is given to you in the same place and the same time that the problem is given to you. However, in order to perceive and activate (or implement) the solution, you may need to become different in some way. Thus problems play their role in the transformational Path! They are agents of - or the necessity for - change!

This Experiment is to stop hiding your Team's problems from each other. Stop sweeping the Poop under the carpet where its transformational power is lost to your Team.

Often only one or two people on your Team perceive the Poop while the attention of other people is drawn elsewhere. This is like noticing that if you never look down, you never have a chance to find money that other people have dropped. Does this mean you should walk through your life with your head down? Let the Poop finders do their job. If you do not understand how what they are finding could be regarded as Poop, do not argue with them! Instead create a Vacuum into which they can unfold their insights. Even if you still do not understand the Poopiness, they will feel more seen in your Team. And you might get what they are saying later as your personal distinctions continue to refine.

Being able to trust that if there is Poop being swept under the rug, someone in your Team will find it, is a powerful bond. Then your Team can go ahead and create whatever it is moved to create because you have radical reliance on your Poop Detectors!

This Experiment is to help each other plan, prepare, practice, pack, and proceed each step of the way up and back down the mountain together. Make sure that the purpose of your expedition is NOT to reach the top of the mountain. Have everyone keep using their Purpose Sniffer to make sure that the Purpose each step of the way is to be a Team on a journey up the Sacred Mountain together. The Purpose is to practice improving everyone's capacity to be with each other as a Team on the Mountain, which you can then use for the rest of your lives together. Here are some details to arrange beforehand:

• Learn together what Technopenuriaphobia is. Have many Team meetings dedicated to practicing each person's Low Tech skills so that you learn to exit the High Tech modern world and can live on planet Earth again.
• Prepare your equipment with as much hand-made and home-made items as you can. This includes shoes made of used car tires, clothing hand sewed out of natural fabrics and leather. Hand-made knives. Try to sleep without tents. Use hand woven blankets. Bring basic foods to boil or bake.
• Hand draw your maps of the area you will explore and plan your route. Use these maps only on your expedition.
• Learn to use map and compass to plan and follow your route. Make the compass you use.
• Learn to use the stars to identify which directions are north, south, east, and west.
• Learn to identify and prepare edible greens before you depart. NOTE: Avoid eating wild mushrooms and berries in the wild unless you are completely certain about what you are doing.

This Experiment is to use the clarity that Feelings are entirely different from Emotions to enter the valuable opportunity presented by every Emotion that arises in your online-or-offline circular Team meeting (Study Group, S.P.A.R.K. Experiment Group, Research Team, Possibility Team, Whole Permaculture Team, Rage Club, Fear Club, 3 Cell, Safe Circle, etc.).

• Shift the space into a short Metaconversation, to:
• Quickly, efficiently - almost invisibly - arrange a sub-Team of two members to accompany the emotion-haver into a separate space, and...
• Take them through the Emotional Healing Process.
• It will take 15-40 minutes.
