NOW

What kind of NOW are you living in?
If your NOW is big enough to include voices in your head, or stories about other people or yourself or your circumstances, or replayed worries about the past or future...
you miss the present.
And the present is where life happens.
The present is where you can do things, feel things, speak things, change things, experience things.
With a big NOW you cannot slip sideways through the gap between moments to shift into new possibilities.
What can you do about that?
Read on!
Just a few questions to think about -
you might never thought about before.
HOW LONG IS NOW?
Did you ever asked yourselfself that question?
As Martin Prechtel says in Secrets of the Talking Jaguar:
"I was not ready for Now", because Now is intense.
Now is Everything and Nothing at the same time. In a small Now you cannot get attached, you cannot hate, you cannot own (anything or anyone), you cannot know who you are as a fixed identity and you cannot hold anybody as a fixed identity either.
In a small Now labels and diagnoses are less important than the lived experience of what is.
In a small Now, you experience, you feel, you move, you speak from right now - not from concepts, not from stories, not from what happened in the past or what will happen in the future. It is a very different relationship to What Is than in a big Now.
How big is your NOW? How long is your Now?
Your Now is as long as what you include in it.
Did you always notice that your NOW is as big as the things you put into it?
And you may have noticed that the more you put in, the less space you have to act and create?
This is where your Box feels safe, but your Being starts to die.
You miss the moment.
Life passes.
As a Spaceholder – whether for yourself or others – you need a SMALL NOW.
Only with a small now is it possible to enter experiential reality.
Only in a small now is it possible to change things.
Only in a small now is it possible to feel and navigate.
Minimising your NOW is to risk entering the vast unkNOWn.
Here there are no stories, no labels and the exhilaration of endless possibilities.
Here there is nothing to figure out from last week or to predict about next year.
Here you can be with what is... the only place from which you can make new choices, enter doorways, experience healing and create new realities.
But...
Most people live in an extended now.
If you ask someone something and they say, “Not now” and then maybe three weeks later you ask them the same thing again, they might say, “I told you, not now!”
What could be the benefit of a big NOW? What kinds of results do you achieve with a large NOW?
What makes the difference to a small NOW? What results can you create in a small NOW?
RESEARCHING NOW
1. What is the actual need for this topic?
Because people - especially those who grow up in modern culture - generally think less or not at all about whether they have a big or small now or what that might even mean. And you have to know your location on the map in order to know where you start from.
2. How do we create awareness that modern culture is based on having a big now? How can we even perceive that we have a big now?
It is already evident in the language, in the formulations we use.
For example, You notice that you sometimes ask your child when it gets home from school, "So what's your plan for today?", which extends its now to several hours instead of asking (which you are really interested in): "What is NOW and HERE alive in you?"
Or
as children we are often asked: "What do you want to become when you grow up?" Apart from the excessive demands that we create for our children, we are creating a NOW that will last for several years.
Or
you often find in conversation that people ask you about something you did or said a year or more ago and assume that you are still the same person from back then and can remember it as if you had just said it or done.
And we could name even more examples. The list would be endless.
3. What kinds of results we can achieve with a small or large NOW?
4. What does it mean to be anchored in a small Now?
5. What are vertical or horizontal timelines?
6. What relevance has the access to conscious anger and fear?
7. What relevance has the fact whether you have an initiated or uninitiated gremlin?
8. What relevance has your purpose sniffer is calibrated?
9. What relevance has the ability to enter the gap between two phases and be with the vastness of nothingness?
10. What exercises can we create to make the distinction between the small and large now experientially? In all bodies?
These are just a few questions we are researching about.

Thoughtmaps & Distinctions
In ETBs, Labs and research teams, the following thoughtmaps have been created so far to visualize what a small NOW means. It's hard to explain, because a small now is nothing you can grasp with your head. Having a small NOW is a
5-body experience. The only way to grasp it is to sense, feel, notice in Experiential Reality.

Minimizing NOW - What happens in the NOW?
This thoughtmap refers to the temporal aspect of NOW.
And how to fill this time.According to the OLD MAP of NOW, we fill this time with education, work, family and other relationships, with earning money.
All these things cover periods of several days, weeks, months and even years. In other words, the NOW is extremely large.
On the NEW MAP, the NOW covers a much smaller period of time, shrinking to about 3 seconds. Whereby this definition is also only a bridge for your mind. Because basically, the small NOW is timeless. It lasts "only" a "moment" in which you feel. In which you simply are. There is no space for stories, assumptions, expectations, worries, making plans and so on.It is exactly the time it takes to make a decision.
And in the gaps between these moments, you have possibilities available to choose from.

Minimizing Now - Moments & Gaps
When you spread your attention across a horizontal timeline your centre is bouncing around between the past and future. Coming into the Now is like becoming the vertical stillness of a tree. Connected to underworlds, middle worlds and upper worlds. Receptive to and in relationship with all that is right now with great depth of presence.

Minimizing Now - What brings you closer to NOW?
As your attention drifts out from the centre/now your experience starts to become less stable and more rigid, full of low drama and irresponsibility. Coming home to the small Now is where you find aliveness, presence, openness, relaxation and access to infinite possibilities.

HAVING THE TIME OF YOUR LIFE
Matrix Code MINIMNOW.01
There is a phrase in English: 'to have the time of your life'. It means to recognize, in this moment, that you are experiencing the best that life has to offer in every dimension. It means making your dreams come true, creating memories that will feed and delight your Being for the rest of your days, making legends you feel glad to recount about yourself.
Some people only use this phrase nostalgically, as in, "That was the time of my life," as if those times could never be matched or exceeded.
This letter challenges 'the best is past' idea based on seeing your own consciousness evolve.
If I ask, "Would you like to go back ten years?" most people answer, "Yes, I'd like to be ten years younger, but only if I could keep what I know now." Think of who you were ten years ago, all those things you did not know that you did not know about, but which were seriousy diminishing your life. Your awareness has evolved since then, yes? This is why I can challenge you to have a new 'time of your life' now, because you are a new you!
Try this thought-experiment: Imagine that your life is already over. That was it. It suddenly ends now. You did what you did. You learned what you learned. Give yourself a moment to let the whole thing wrap itself into one package. Take a deep breath and let that entire life slide into its grave. Enter the gap between lives.
In this gap between your previous life and your next life - which starts in a few seconds - what could you let go of that had been sucking your energy? Be specific. Yes, you can simply loosen your grip and let go of it. There is nothing to hold onto those things in this gap between lives. Which circumstances were painful, a waste of time, un-legendary, disrespectful of the honor of having been given a life to live...? Simply loosen your attachment to them so they can slide completely away. Take another deep breath.
What would you like to feel and say and do that in your previous life you suppressed and withheld? What could you explore or try that is important to you which you never made important enough to try in that previous life? This challenge is not about making a 'bucket list' to check off in the future... how tedious and dead. This challenge is: starting from this second on, to do whatever it takes to have the time of your life now.
And now.
And now.
You get a whole new life, starting now, to create ongoing expansive new times of your life. The time of your life, not your Gremlin's life. What will you do first? Do that! Doing that all the way makes everything different, including you. Doing something changes everything. You are different and the new you gets another new life! What is the next thing?
Yes, this ignites some new behaviors for you. It means minimizing your now. It means taking your voice back. It means entering experiential reality in your 5 bodies. It may even mean becoming a riftwalker, sword out, small now, observing yourself, feelings stellated, center on center, Gremlin on a short leash, moving before you make up reasons, serving Bright Principles and Archetypal Lineage. It also means celebrating with others who are willing to have the time of their lives.
Ask them to play.
See who is willing.

But after a while Stacia asked me how I did that? How do I notice when I make my now big? And I told her I don't know for sure. I explained that at some point i just made a declaration of having a big now detector and it sounds an alarm when it happens so that I can consciously choose whether or not to stay in my big now. Maybe in that small NOW is useful to make a big NOW. Maybe not. But then it happens consciously.
