WHAT IS AN ARTICLE NOT?
Your Vision is clear: write the next article, the same way anyone writes a transformational article. That is, die first. Think later.
What is an article not?
An article is not a Tweet. A Tweet is your ego's cleverness cutely compressed into 256 characters.
An article is not a Blog. A Blog is your mind farting opinions - people like smelling their own farts.
An article is not a FaceBook Comment. A FaceBook Comment is a political maneuver trying to attract more FaceBook Friends.
An article is not a Diary Entry. A Diary Entry is your private underwear. Showing your private underwear attracts abusers and perverts.
An article is not a Letter of Complaint. A Letter of Complaint is admitting your own powerlessness, thinking your persecutors will come save you.
An article is a memetic experience for the reader where you declare transformational war against unconsciousness through presenting designs for new kinds of flying machines which the reader can test fly.
HERE ARE SOME FURTHER ARTICLE-WRITING HINTS:
Refocus away from trying to fight current beliefs, understandings, concepts and constructs. Why? Because if by some miracle you ever succeeded in destroying the status quo, your readers would have to hate you.
Readers would have to hate you because you caused their world to collapse into the void. Most readers are not equipped to enjoy groundlessness. If you kill their current concepts, you may as well kill them. Instead, give them a life boat even before they realize their own boat is sinking.
Your article is a safe-haven, a bridge over the bottomless pit, a sideways elevator, a secret escape passage through impenetrable walls into a transformed cultural context in which it is okay for the reader to be a bowl of jelly, utterly liquid and confused for the weeks it might take them to start over from zero and become a revised human Being, functional in the new worldview.
Avoid writing from the viewpoint that you are a victim, a small powerless creature trying to complain your way to power, trying to undermine or be a nuisance, trying to threaten or scare others to manipulate them to figure out how to shift into a regenerative future for life on Earth.
If you write towards your enemies like pointing a sniper rifle at their head they cannot be adaptive to your pressures. They are stuck in their hell-world and they must defend it with their life. They know nothing else. Have relentless compassion for their helpless mechanicality.
Buckminster Fuller's quote is no longer powerful. He said, "You never change things by fighting against the existing reality. To change something, build a new model that makes the old model obsolete."
Existing systems in modern culture are already obsolete.
Modern culture is exterminating life on planet Earth at the fastest possible rate. The sixth great extinction is massively underway. Stop being angry about how bad it is. Use your anger to build out new possibility space for people to occupy.
Build it and they will come.
If you don't build it, no one even has a chance of coming.
You have a part to play or you would not be reading this. You have a unique perspective or you would not have carved a feather into a pen to write with.
The rule of law of western civilization is over. Anyone following the rule of law of western civilization is criminally insane. Anyone enforcing the rule of law of western civilization has already forfeited their life.
What does this mean? It means that your writing can be bolder than you might possibly have heretofore dared to imagine.
Your writing needs to be so daring that you shit in your pants to write it.
Your writing delivers elements that build out new territory, that says things not understandable through commonly accepted ways of thinking, that drills new grooves into readers' thought patterns.
If you fail to unleash a torrent of wildness and delusion-crushing imperatives you leave people behind. You abandon them to the terrible grips of a thought-monster rapidly devouring their last glimmers of self-respect.
People think their freedoms are being limited by external authority, by the law, by police. Then they can feel righteously outraged at the 'enemy' and fight against them.
But you know this is not true. Think about it this way. What if the complainers win and take over? Who would they complain about then? People's freedoms cannot be limited by external authority. People's authority is imprisoned by walls inside of their memetic construct defining who they cannot be, what they cannot do. Your article uses memes to paint doorways through their stingy, frightened conclusions into a bigger, brighter, consciously responsible and loving interconnectedness.
Your article is not about trying to find readers who are angry about the same things you are angry about but don't know what to do with their lives. These are dropouts. There will always be dropouts, rousing the rabble. If you bring the dropouts into your Rebel Unschool they will be dropouts there too. You think people change? (If so, you should enter the Trainer Path.)
If you try to find readers who might be interested in what you are interested in, you are giving your own authority away. Write freely. Light the fuse to your internal dynamite. Blow yourself up all over the page. Explode your inhibitions to claim and occupy new space. Let your fingers surprise your soul.
When the assumption walls stop crumbling, when the dust of dynamited conclusions begins to settle, lift your eyes and look around. See who is still with you. These are your allies.
These are the ones who are not 'possibly interested' for a few moments of distracting entertainment. Dilettantes exited the scene the instant they heard the fuse hissing towards the TNT.
The readers still with you, dusted in fragments of their previously imprisoning paradigms... these are the committed ones. These are your true partners in evolutionary adventure. Write your heart out to them. Rally them to write to others with you.
"I CAN'T WRITE ABOUT SOMETHING I DON'T ALREADY KNOW ABOUT"
The idea that 'I cannot write about something I don't already know about," seems logical, even reasonable, yet it falls into the same category of mind candy as, "I cannot love someone else until I love myself." The idea is easy to comprehend and believe, but it has no connection to reality. The mind easily does this. It pays to watch out for these mental leaps of faith.
Show me the 'self' that you are going to love that qualifies you to love someone else. You cannot do it.
Show me what you know that is not in the process of evolving into deeper clarity and is probably no longer valid by know. You cannot do it.
The realization is tremendously empowering. Of course you can write about what you do not already know about! Doing so puts you at risk and brings your writing to life. Here are some valuable ways of writing as an evolutionary process rather than as a finished product. :
- You can write as a Discovery Journey applying your Sword Of Clarity in real time, sharing what you find during the process of your investigation.
- You can write as a Declaration, for example, the words you write are you Taking A Stand to guard some aspect of Gaia's diversity.
- You can write to unfold and deepen the Context of your Gaian Gameworld as an offering for others to consider in the Codex of their own gameworlds.
- You can write as a Commitment that you make for the benefit of others before you know how you can keep the Commitment. The Commitment changes the shape of your Being which causes the Universe to interact with you differently than it did before with your previous shape.
SOME ADDITIONAL PRACTICAL HINTS ABOUT WRITING
If you are using the distinction of Possibility Management in your article, here are some proposals:
- Use Archiarchy instead of Next Culture. Recently (August 2022), we notice the necessary shift from calling Next Culture, Next Culture (something that comes next) to calling it, Archiarchy (a culture that aleady exists and is inhabited, and that is the naturally evolution after Matriarchy and Patriarchy have run their course).
- Capitalize Archiarchal distinctions, and link them to their corresponding websites. The couple of sections above are examples of what I mean.
- Use Archiarchal distinctions in your articles. For one, new distinctions are something that the reader's Box and Gremlin will fight against. If a new distinction lands in their Being, then they will go through a transformational Liquid State. That is how powerful a distinction is, it changes who they are. If they encounter a distinction multiple times, it has better chance to land into the Being. For two, we invite you to rely on the distinctions that have already been discovered so that you can 'push' the field of research beyond what is already known. Using Archiarchal distinctions creates a greater field of influence for the Community of Practice called Possibility Management.
- Be consistent is your use of 'we', 'you', and 'I'. 'I' is used when you are telling a personal story or experience, or sharing your own questions. The proposal is to avoid using 'we' as the main pronoun in your article. 'We' is general, theoretical, and undangerous. Take a risk, be bold, be dangerous, and say 'you'. If you are afraid that in your use of 'you', you are telling your reader what to think or feel, then softer your writing by adding probability. For example, you can write: "you might experience...", "you probably have experienced this...", "you may..."
- Avoid the use of word that have 'weak' meaning such as: ok (in "feelings are not ok")
- Write in the active form instead of the passive. For example, "As the purposes are named..." (passive) to "When you name your purposes..." (active)

Your Healing As A Writer
You went to school? You probably need healing before you are willing to risk writing again.
Writing is part of your healing path.
UNTIE THE TOURNIQUET
Right here, right now, your heart and soul get to say what you are angry about and what you care about. This space is for you to go back to those wounding moments and take a new fork in the road. Your old decisions - those critical voices in your head - accomplished their work until now. They disempowered and confused you, making you so doubtful of your own worth that you could threaten no one. If you are not perceived as a threat, then no one has to kill you. Your survival strategy worked.
Back when you decided, "I cannot write," or, "I am too stupid," or, "It is never going to work out," or, "I have tried so many times before," or, "Nobody cares what I think," these old decisions may have saved your life.
Now you are in completely different circumstances. Your old decisions are no longer relevant. You are a different person now. You have learned many things you did not know before, about yourself, about the world. You have new skills and awarenesses.
Nonetheless, even if you forgot that you made your old decisions, they are still doing their job on you. Their disempowerment is so familiar that you don't notice the terrible cost. You think you really are like that.
You have collected mountains of incriminating evidence to confirm that your old decisions about your utter worthlessness are 'true'. Perhaps you did not notice that it was the old decisions who provided the menu for which evidence to choose for your self-image.
Those old decisions are a tourniquet restricting the flow of clarity and Possibility from your Stellated Feelings, your Pearl, your Bright Principles, and your Archetypal Lineage.
It is possible to make new decisions now... However, in the transformational process, your old self will die.
Untying the tourniquet may hurt tremendously at first, with the intensity life-energies full of anger, sadness, fear, and joy flooding back through your 5 Bodies...
It is difficult to do transformation alone. Transformation occurs in public. You need the consciousness of at least one other person as a neutral witness to add the catalytic force of awareness to your healing process, or you will remain locked away in your own mind and nothing much changes.
COMPLETE YOUR PAST
The part of you who submitted to belittlement, abuse, and abandonment for all these year has survived. Excellent. You have reached the moment where you can allow your past to integrate into your Present.If you intend to keep your old stories, conclusions, resentments, and revenge plans around, your future is guaranteed to be the same as your past. To enter a new future - for example, as a writer of transformational articles - then you past can integrate all its painfully gained wisdom into your Present and vanish! No more past.Set aside half an hour or forty-five minutes. Have your Beep! Book at the ready. Take a deep breath. Close your eyes. Check your Center, Grounding Cord, and Personal Bubble of Space. Click your Clicker and before you stands the 3, or 5, or 7 year-old, that valiant frightened stubborn survivor. Gaze upon him or her for a while, soaking them in gratitude.At the right moment, reach out your open arms and say, "Hello. I see you."Wait until they fully connect with you. Wait until they crawl up into your arms and let you snug them securely into your chest. Then say something like,"Welcome home Honey. Welcome home Champ. You are safe now. Here is your safe place in my heart where you can stay forever. Having to fend for yourself alone is over. It is not a child's world out there. It is big and dangerous. I have learned to keep my center, my grounding cord, my bubble. I have learned to say, "No!" and "Stop!" I choose which culture I live in with each breath I take, and it is not a culture of capitalist patriarchal empire. It is next culture. Archearchy. I am inventing my own place in next culture. I am so sorry it took me so long to make my NOW small enough that I could find you again. Here I am. Here you are. This is it. The past is gone. You did a good job. You are safe now here in me. It was what it was. You learned so much, and you succeeded. You made it. From now on the adult me runs things and you can simply bask in the safety of being found. The whole old thing is over."Let your feelings come.STEP INTO YOUR NEW FUTURE
A transformational article is a doorway into a new future.You can only see the doorways that you have integrated the experiential distinctions to see.You can only go through a doorway when you are at that doorway.Going through a doorway happens by entering the world beyond the doorway, which might be significantly different - in context and content - from the space on your current side of the doorway.This means you enter the world beyond the doorway by becoming different.How can you become different? There are so many ways.Can you Take A Stand for healing the school wounds in you, for unlearning the thoughtware of capitalistic patriarchal empire?Can you Take A Stand for creating a gameworld out of which emerges a different kind of learning, where children, adolescents, and adults, are not programmed to be adaptive to whatever is being sold by modern culture, but rather are trained up in the practical skills for inventing and inhabiting the new gameworlds their heart knows is possible?Can you Take A Stand for creating learning spaces where learners refuse to comply with any right/wrong paradigm or any good/evil worldview, and instead empower each other's qualities of Being to unfold. The context supports each person being clear and Present, discovering each one's Bright Principles, Archetypal Lineage, and Hidden Purposes. Each person in this gameworld is called upon to be at Source, to be Radically Responsible for creating their own interactions, their own relationships, their own village, their own Path in life.Most everyone who reads your article will be a genius. It takes something special to entertain geniuses. What is most entertaining to geniuses is free-diving into the mysterious void, starting out in nothingness, and improvising from there together.Write your article.ACTIVATE MEMETIC SEEDS
It is perhaps more effective to create a new future before you try to step into a new future.How can you create a new future? You can create a new future by writing articles about it. Each article you write is a bridge that others can use to cross over to Archiarchy.While writing articles you do the magic of 'Abra kadebra', which means, approximately, "I create as I speak."But your articles need a basis in reality. Where does the basis in reality come from?You can build a basis in reality for your articles by creating and doing experiments under your own volition to reclaim enough authority in yourself to choose in which culture you live.No longer is it, "It would be nice to live in a different culture."Instead you start with, "What do I want my culture to look like?" Then with each experiment you step more solidly into that new cultural space, and you simply decide to never come back.Do you need approval from someone else to invent and do Bridge-Building experiments that take your life further and further into Archiarchy? Which authority could you ask for permission? Which authority could even understand your question? There is none.This means each of your experiments can activate a memetic seed that was not given to you.You can create and plant your own seed.When you plant and nurture a seed that you created - no one else gave to you - so no one can ever take it away from you.They wouldn't even know how to see your memetic seed, let alone how to pick it up and take it away from you. From now on you can just laugh out loud at this silly idea that some 'authority' could take away the memes of next culture that you invent yourself.It does not matter what other people say or think or feel. You can enjoy the fruits of the seeds you invent, plant, grow, and harvest, and so can millions of other additional people, if they want to.Write your article.THE 3 WAVES OF YOUR ARTICLE
Your article can have an internal structure that makes the reader feel more satisfied in their reading experience.
Using this 3 Wave structure is not a rule, no more than pulling weeds is a rule, or washing the dishes and putting them away is a rule.
Only when you can follow a pattern can you creatively break the pattern.
Breaking the pattern is up to you, but later.
First, write your article.
FIRST WAVE: Crack Open A New Space In The Reader's 5 Bodies
Suddenly establish a richly-enticing, context-setting, landing-platform inside of the Reader's world upon which the Distinctions of the Second Wave of your article can land and blossom.
If you are a gardener, this is preparing the soil.
If you are a space navigator, this is sealing the doors, buckling up your passengers, and blasting off.
SECOND WAVE: Distinguish Possibilities
Rage and cajole the memetic prison of your Reader into exploring your possibility distinctions using examples, stories, and explanations.
If you are a gardener, this is planting and watering the seeds.
If you are a space navigator, this is landing your crew on other planets and together trying to learn how the locals levitate and teleport.
THIRD WAVE: Wrap-It-Up
Use the momentum of your Second Wave to leap out into the Reader's daily life on your article's Third Wave.
Exit with a flare.
Your Wrap-Up opens a doorway for your Reader to experiment and practice in their familiar world.
If you are a gardener, this is sharing favorite recipes for preparing delicious meals with the armful of veggies they just harvested.
If you are a space navigator, this is land your passengers in their own back yard, laden with extraordinary jewels and treasures they can't wait to try out for themselves.
The single most important lesson of effective communication is this: Focus on clarity. Concentrate on precisions. Don’t worry about constructing beautiful sentences.
Beauty comes from meaning, not language.
Accuracy is the most effective style of all.
Edit Your Article
There is no right way to edit your writing.
Every author I have ever spoken to uses their own tricks, as you, of course, will develop yours.
All I can do is make some suggestions based on my own experience.
EDITING HINTS
For example, some of you are writing in English as your second or third language. It is a good idea to publish your articles in English because the evolution of consciousness is a global gameworld, and the global language these days is English.
A good working strategy is to first publish in your mother tongue, but then immediately do your best to write your article in English, and then beg a native English / American speaker to smooth over grammatical bumps before publishing the English version. Every language has its own palette of flavors. In reality it is impossible to translate fully from one language to another. Translation is always an approximation. We translate anyway. Somehow the human spirit is forgiving.
The rest of these hints apply no matter what language you write in. Again, these ideas are proposals... but based on decades of experience...
- Write in the first person, specific, imperative. Write 'you', not 'we', or 'one'.
- Write in present time. Write 'is', not 'was'. Write, 'I say' and 'She says' rather than 'I said' and 'She said'.
- Avoid using insider jargon. If you must use a special term, make it the purpose of your article to upgrade the thoughtware of your Reader by giving them this term.
- Be concise. Don't use two words when one world will do. It saves your Reader time and attention if they can get what you want to say in fewer words.
- Don't use common phrases. They are counterfeit thinking, and contaminate your writing with mediocrity. Phrases come from the past and from other people's minds. Phrases have been used before, and include the assumption that 'everyone knows what they mean'.
- Shape original words and phrases to communicate precisely what you mean to say, rather than limiting what you want to say to known formulations. Go Unreasonable and use nonlinear possibility to say what needs to be said in ways that have never been used before.
- Write in active mode, not passive mode. Put everything at risk in each moment. (e.g. I crossed out 'Keep putting' and wrote 'Put' instead, because 'Keep putting' is passive, and 'Put' is active, imperative.) Demand everything from your Reader. Be adamant but not fanatical. Learn the difference.
- Almost never use the word 'I'. Why? Because that makes the writing about you. The Reader doesn't care about you. They care about themselves. What a Reader most wants to hear about is themselves. Write about them, what is possible for them, what is next for them.
- Write fiercely. Edit fiercely. Do not let your Reader live in mediocrity or boredom. Bring your Reader to life. Don't be afraid to kill off whole paragraphs of your writing if your Reader would not be not excited about it. Write so your reader can surf on the fire.
- Write from the void. Put your Center in Nothingness. Sometimes do not use the first idea that comes to you as the direction you should take. Wait through the void of a couple of heartbeats. Often something entirely different comes to you, not from your mind, not from the past, not from the known. If you apply patience and generosity you may discover that the second or third possibility you receive is a far better idea. Writing from the Unknown is a skill related to Speaking from the Unknown.
- Editing is Sword work. Your Sword Of Clarity is powered by Conscious Anger, but its precision is guided by Conscious Fear. Do not mix these two sources of information and energy together. They are very different but equally precious forces of Nature.
- Unleash Conscious Anger before editing, such as 3-3-3 Exercise, or the Heebie Jeebies to power up your Sword of Clarity.
- Activate Conscious Fear before editing, such as balancing a chair in one hand, or juggling lemons to sharpen up Sword of Clarity.
- Editing Mode occurs in an entirely different Universe than Writing Mode. Forbid yourself to mix these Universes: it is a formula for insanity. Do Writing. Do Editing. Between Writing and Editing, get up and walk around, breathe, shift, drink a whole glass of fresh cold water, take a physical break .
- Writing Mode is your foot on the accelerator ('pedal to the metal'), tearing down the road, your Dragon roaring, your broken heart weeping in grief, fear shivering through your nerves and screaming out warnings, joy streaking shivers of ecstasy up and down your spine. Write and write. Don't worry. Don't think. Let the writing burn through your world, never once looking back over your shoulder to see where you have been. Go and go until the writing stops by itself.
- Editing Mode is your inner alchemist at work testing the effects of the medicine. Each subtle insinuation matters for the alchemical transformation to do its memetic engineering work on the worldview of the Reader. Your Energetic and Archetypal Bodies can sense if the writing works or not. Do not resort to reason or logic to assess the quality of your writing. Sense how it goes in, like a wine taster can sense the rosemary, the mushroom, the ancient dust, and the oak wood in the wine (Watch the film French Kiss to get a sense of this. Watching this film is also worth 1 Matrix Point in StartOver.xyz.)
- Some Article Writers have the fantasy-world idea that someone else can edit their writing. It doesn't ever really work. You are unique. Your writing voice is unique. Your value is in your uniqueness. Try to let that sink totally in past your mind and past all the shit your heard from anybody else about the worthlessness of your writing.
- If you get someone else to edit your writing, scrutinize the changes they make. Decide if you like the changes or not, if you can feel the difference their changes make. If you like what they did, play around with incorporating their style changes into your next article.
- If you are writing alchemically - if you do memetic engineering in your writing - and the editor is trying to make your writing understandable to the ordinary mind, do not let them publish your writing. Take it back from them. Publish your article elsewhere.
Writing can never be perfect. It does not have to be. Instead of seeking perfection, look for that moment when your writing causes something extraordinarily excellent to happen deep inside the reader. This writing makes a difference.

Write From Experiential Reality
Matrix Code WRIARTIC.01
It is possible to be alive in every breath, and to realize your aliveness as an experience.
Aliveness is a sensation, not a concept.
You have been trained to stay in Verbal Reality by replacing experience with concept.
As soon as you find the name of a thing, you go into the Verbal Reality of your intellect and stop being in the experience of the thing.
Answer this question: Which is bigger? All the experiences and things in the Universe (Experiential Reality)? Or all the things you have names for (Verbal Reality)?
Verbal Reality is a tiny metallic prison over in the corner of the Universe and you are trapped in their right now.
Modern culture trains you to subsist on the sparse morsels of life in Verbal Reality. Then they can sell you sugary breakfast cereals, another pair of shoes, and alcohol to make your day less painful.
If you restrict your writing to Verbal Reality, you cut yourself off from your writer's resources, most of which modern culture knows nothing about (e.g. your Pearl, your Bright Principles, your Archetypal Lineage, your Stellated Feelings, your other 5 Bodies, the 9 Gaps, your Sword of Clarity, your Imagination, your Bag of Things, your Wand of Declaration, your Jakobs Ladder, and so on.)

Your Muse is waiting for you to notice Her.
If you have not noticed your Muse before now, it is not her fault.
Your Muse is probably female, even if you are female.
A Muse is an archetypal doorway to the force of genius.
She languidly lavishes her Presence in your general direction from a red velvet couch across the room from you, waiting.
She waits.
She waits for you to wake up enough to give Her respectful attentions.
One way to pay respectful attentions to your Muse is to create and care for an altar to Her.
If you do this, the word 'Her' will somehow become sacred. The word itself will breathe across your lips with a totally different feel to it.
If the word 'Her' caresses your heart with sweetness and longing when you pronounce it, your altar is working.
This Experiment is to set up your Muse altar. Feed it with candles, sweets, flowers, incense, jewels, precious little things. Keeping your altar alive keeps your Muse interested in you.
When your Muse notices that your attentions are proper, She responds by avalanching you in unquenchable inspiration. She can't help but do that.
Then your job is to honor Her by writing furiously, as fast as you can, for hours if necessary. Save editing for later.

The parts of you which you have not yet unfolded wait just behind a foggy veil. You can pass through the veil by standing at the edge of your Being's experiential distinctions and asking your next real question. That Ah-hah! experience when a surprising answer comes into focus is the unfolding birth of a new part of your Being that pushes through the veil like a chick pushes through its shell.
This Experiment is to use one of your 10 Themes from Experiment WRIARTIC.06 as a starting point and write a three sentence article in your Beep! Book.
Each of the 3 sentences in your 3 Sentence Article has a different contents / purpose:
- FIRST SENTENCE IS THE BEGINNING: shift reader into new context, show your direction and proposal, gear up your reader with the necessity to get the importance and value of what you will say. Tell them what you are going to tell them.
- SECOND SENTENCE IS THE MIDDLE: Tell them. Make the distinction. Deliver the possibility. Say what happens. Plant into the reader the experience you want them to explore.

Writing is transformational.
At the minimum, changing ideas into words 'on paper' (or on the screen) changes something energetic into something material.
What is the whole point of reading anything? What if it is to be transformed? Even reading a story, a news article, the ingredients on the Corn Flakes package... the information changes you. It can be very helpful to keep this purpose in mind as your create written artifacts such as an article, lyrics, scripts, books, poetry.
Changes from reading can occur in any of your 5 Bodies.
But behold! The original purpose of an uninitiated Gremlin is to prevent anything from changing... to keep everything the same...
Why does Gremlin want to block you from changing? Because the way you are is the way that has so far proven to keep you alive.
If you change anything at all about yourself, Gremlin is instantly afraid that you might not survive.
Your Gremlin is here to keep you surviving even if that requires making you sarcastic, critical, cynical, numb, aggressive, disconnected, etc.
On the other hand, by now you might want something more than mere survival.
If so, this requires bringing your Gremlin to your side as a powerful ally. You cannot change your Gremlin, but you can change your relationship to your Gremlin.
You can start this significant adulthood initiatory process by doing the Experiments at the Gremlin Hunter website. After that, this Experiment WRIARTIC.13 may be more valuable.
This Experiment is about allowing your Gremlin to write, and it has 2 Parts.
PART 1: Open your Beep! Book and invite your Gremlin to write its true wishes, with no editing and no blocking from you. This will be your Underworld speaking, your Hidden Purposes, your Shadow Principles, your Gremlin's mechanisms for implementing his Low Drama addictions. Let your Gremlin speak to you. This Experiment is for you to listen while your Gremlin writes. Cut your Gremlin completely loose on paper for 15 or 20 minutes of writing. Gremlin may get crude and explicit. Let Gremlin write whatever he or she wants, even if it starts with: "I hate everyone! I want to assassinate all the assholes! Rules are fucking stupid! Nothing has power over me!" Be grateful for everything your Gremlin writes. Whatever parts of your Gremlin remain unconscious may leak out sideways and run your life unconsciously. KEEP THIS WRITING PRIVATE. Your Gremlin is not you. He or she is just a part of you. Other parts of you are in charge. Finally you acknowledge your Gremlin. He (or she) can be seen.
PART 2: Your Type 1 Gremlin or Type 2 Gremlin has street wisdom. He or she is sly, sneaky, and fast, and can clearly spot everyone else's Gremlin with complete clarity in an instant and from a distance. There are Gremlins at your work place. There are Gremlins at the top levels of every hierarchy in the world because those who get the top jobs are the ones who will do whatever it takes to take power. Hierarchies automatically select for putting psychopaths at the top. Your Gremlin knows this and has been protecting your from backstabbing, intrigue, betrayal, deception, projection, and revenge as best as it can, even if that means you must hold grudges, be resentful, have hatred and feel terrorized. This Experiment is to ask your Gremlin to write an article with you at your elbow, looking over your shoulder, whispering in your ear, pointing into the shadows, telling you the truth about what is really going on. Require your Gremlin to blow away your self-induced fog, your naivete, your self-deceptions and delusions, and at the same time, protect you from retaliations from other Gremlins. This Experiment is to write a daringly clear, non-confrontive, boldly-direct article about what is really going on around you and within you, and what else is possible. This Experiment is to discover and embrace a new voice in you, your Dragon Voice.
Bringing your Dragon Voice out of the dark, despicable dungeons will break some rules you have been painfully obeying in the hopes that if you are a 'nice boy' or a 'good girl' you will be admired and respected.
Inviting your Dragon into your writing presence may require that you go on two or three side routes, circling around through other territories to pick up enough treasures of clarity and possibility, and to build the matrix to hold them, before you come full circle back around to your Dragon Voice. Your journey may include something like this:
- Enter the Conscious Anger territory to recognize and take adult possession of the volcano in your guts, your conscious rage.
- Locate and explore the territory of your Real Voice to discover who you are, what you sound like, and what you say when your Real Voice finds its Center, gets Radically Responsible, and takes off from a place other than your intellect.
- Notice the total difference between writing from your Gremlin and writing from your Dragon. The consequences of NOT making this distinction are that your writing is irresponsible, and therefore serves unconscious (shadow) purposes... not a good idea. The difference is in the Purpose. Activate your Purpose Sniffer so that you can detect Gremlin's Shadow Purposes and Dragon's Bright Purposes.
- Practice in your everyday life to Take a Stand using your Dragon so that the Universe begins trusting that Your Word has integrity. For example, make a promise and keep it no matter what. Make a commitment and complete it generously. Make a decision to change something and change it. Make a clear and specific agreement with someone and keep your end of the bargain. Start something, bring it to completion, and clean up the mess.

Set aside 10 minutes of private time for yourself.
Bring your Beep! Book and pen into a room that has a wall mirror that you can look into for 10 minutes and not be disturbed.
Make sure you have relocated your Energetic Center to your Physical Center, your Grounding Cord connected to the center of the Earth, and your Personal Bubble of Space around you.
Then put your face about 25 centimeters away from the mirror (about 10 inches), and look directly into one eye or the other (not jumping back and forth between two eyes).
Look directly into the center point of the black pupil of that one eye.
Gaze there silently and unwaveringly for one full minute (60 whole seconds).
Notice the sensations that are occurring and changing around in your 5 bodies while you gaze deeply and steadily into the reflection of that one pupil.
After a full minute (or two, if you can...) state out loud in the room, "I am an article writer."
This is a Declaration. You are saying what is so, even if what you are Declaring to be so now, is quite different from what has been so, for a long while before now in your life.
Write down every objection to your Declaration that comes up in your mind, every argument against your Declaration, every excuse, reason, criticism, judgement, negative comment, or self-flagellating insult. Feel all the feelings that come along. List the words and the feelings exactly, word-for-word as you hear them and feel them.
As soon as you have written the first onslaught down, go back to gazing into your pupil again, saying, "I am an article writer," and write down the second onslaught.
Repeat this procedure over and over...
And over...
And...
Until suddenly you start laughing at your own ridiculous bullshit. Laugh full and loud and long from deep in your belly.
Of course you are an article writer! You have already written articles!
