Do this Experiment in the presence of other people. Your Being has presence that causes an impact, it makes a shape as it moves through space and when in relationship with people. You can start noticing this when ever you are in a place with other people. It can be so subtle. See if you can even notice how your Being makes an impact on people as you walk down the street.

1)Set a side 15-20minutes to do this experiment. (Although you might enjoy it so much you just want to keep going...)

2) Go to a place where there are people. For example walk in a park, sit in café, or be with people you know in your house.

3) Center, Ground and Bubble yourself. (follow the links if you do not already know how to do that).

4) Place part of your Attention on the people around you and part of your attention on your bubble start noticing what happens to people in the Presence of your Being.

5) Notice what is reflected back to you by the people around you.

6) Use people as your mirror, to discover more about your being. Ask yourself these questions:

Who does this person become in my Presence?

What becomes possible for this person in my presence?

What you notice is what your Being is inviting them to become.

7) Make notes in your BeepBook, about what you discover.

In South Africa, 'sawubona' is the Zulu word for 'hello'. There's a beautiful and powerful intention behind that word because 'sawubona' literally translated means, "I see you, and by seeing you, I bring you into being."

The Experiment is for one week (and perhaps for the rest of your life) greet people by saying, "Sawubona," instead of saying, "Hello. How are you?"

PROBLEM: You know what this word means and the other person does not. Therefore you must make special efforts so that your Gremlin does not use this as a way of shocking people, being weird or different. Instead be vulnerable by immediately defining the word and saying why you are using it.

• "embrace the ache within" is Conscious Feelings in your Emotional Body centered on your heart, Feelings and mixed /pure Emotions which can be "raised and released" through learning Inner Navigating, reclaiming your Authority to use your Real Voice such as in Dragon Speaking.
• "raised and released through the channel in your Being that exists between earth and heaven" is the bi-directional Grounding Cord that starts at your Center and connects both 'downwards' to the center of Gaia, and 'upwards' to your Bright Principles., both of which are huge external resources needed for delivering the services of your Archetypal Lineage to your Village.
• "all that seeks to know peace find its calm within the space that allows it to expand and find a new existence beyond the boundaries imposed before" is an exact description of your Being trapped inside of your Memetic Construct. Through the Memetic Engineering process we are finding how straightforward it is to apply direct precise awareness as a way for your Being to slip outside your Memetic Construct and discover vast new spaces to occupy inside of yourself that have been patiently waiting for you to come out of your cage.
• "So can the motion created from this work of releasing be harnessed as energy to fuel the transformation of your whole being... reaching into the heart of your origin
  and allowing for change on all levels at all times" describes the procedure we just discovered for using your Conscious Will to collect up your Parts and shift your Point Of Origin from being trapped in a survival-strategy to the center of your own Radical Responsibility as an Adult in ongoing Initiation.
• "So can the path forward be lit by a new light that shines from within" is the experiential result of Stellating your feelings archetypes of anger, sadness, fear, and joy! You change from being a planet to being a star. Is this amazing coincidence? Or is it E.C.C.O. (Earth Coincidence Control Office) at work?

THE EXPERIMENT

Gaia has included the evolution of consciousness in the human design.

This Experiment has 3 PARTS which you can do alone or with others online or offline, for example at your Possibility Team or Workshop. All parts need you to use your Beep! Book.

PART 1: Title a new page in your Beep! Book:

HOW I BLOCK MY BEING FROM SHOWING UP.

You may block your Being from showing up in the world out of fear that the worst thing that ever happened to you in your life will happen again.

1) Let your Being write for 10 minutes. It knows how it is being blocked from showing up, feeling, sensing, speaking, moving, participating, sharing, giving feedback and coaching, revealing ideas, and so on.

2) This might be painful to feel how much you block your Being. Feel the pain. Let the sounds out. Maybe even say out loud what you find to help others find this in themselves too.

3) Keep writing.

PART2: Title the next page in your Beep! Book:

HOW I BLOCK MY BEING FROM EVOLVING.

1) Let your Being write for 10 minutes.

2) Start writing without figuring out before-hand what you will write.

3)Your Being itself knows from its own natural attraction to evolution how you block your Being from evolving.

Note: In many cases, blocking your Being from evolving has to do with numbing yourself with smoking, alcohol, drugs, speeding, spending, flirting, self-hatred, mixed emotions like jealousy, feeding demons, etc. Your Box and mind are extremely creative when it comes to finding new ways to block evolution, for example, being weak, being confused, being overwhelmed, being a victim, competing and losing, being hopeless or desperate, going in debt, making promises you cannot keep, etc.

PART 3: Do this part with a partner, or if you can arrange it, in a group of 3.

1) One person is the first Client. The others are Possibilitators.

2) Client reads their list from PART 1 out loud about how they block their Being from showing up.

3) Titles a new page in their Beep! Book: EXPERIMENTS FOR SHOWING UP.

4) Asks, "Would you please give me Possibility about ways to unblock my Being from showing up?

5) And then for 8 minutes write as fast as you can what the Possibilitators say. Not what you think they say or understand them to say, but what they actually say.

6) When you are finished, ask them this question: Will you give me possibilties on ways to unblock my Being from evolving?" 

7) If they say, "Yes," then Title a new page in your Beep! Book: EXPERIMENTS FOR EVOLVING. Then for 8 minutes write down their suggestions as fast as you can.

8) Then change roles and do the same for the other two, one at a time.

People do what they do because it is pretty much the best they can do, regardless of how what they do looks to you.

The same is true of Being.

People Be what they Be because it is pretty much the best they can Be.

This applies to you as well.

You reveal your Being - to the degree that you reveal Being - by reflex. That is, by habit, by conditions, by following the survival strategy of your Box.

This Experiment has two approaches.

1) One approach is 'Verbal', meaning you actually ask the question to another person out loud in words. (But not by email or by messaging... both email and messaging are nearly unstoppable feeding grounds for Gremlins.)

2) The other approach is 'Internal', meaning you hold the question inside yourself and aim it at yourself to see what it can do with you.

- During this week, use both the Verbal Experiment and the Internal Experiment, alternating between the two, or do both simultaneously.

- Make notes in your Beep! Book about what shifts when you do this Experiment. Document the ways your experience of yourself and others changes. Document what you learn. Try to formulate what you learn as Distinctions.

HERE IS THE VERBAL EXPERIMENT:

1) Ask the person across from you:"What are the conditions that would support your Being to take one tiny step further out into the world being Present with me?" .

2) Then wait up to 3 minutes for their answers.

3) Ask for more than one answer.

4) Beg them to realize that you will not believe them if they say, "I don't know." In other words, tell them that saying, "I don't know," is a torpedo that blows up their own internal resources of knowing, and that you actually want to hear what they would say.

HERE IS THE INTERNAL EXPERIMENT:

1) When you are walking down the street, when you are in a meeting, when you casually pass a colleague in the hallway, or sit with someone for a meal, hold this question very precisely but internally - that is, without saying it out loud, "What could I do differently that the other person's Being would take one step further in showing itself and being seen by me?"

2) Whenever you get an impulse to change something in you, such as speaking less, looking longer in their eyes, staying more still, breathing more slowly, etc., try it, being careful that the impulse does not shock people or make you look too strange to them.

Your Being is wearing 5 bodies.

1) For one week, entangle yourself into space where people come together for various reasons. For example, the opera house, the meat cutting department of the grocery store, the donair kebab restaurant, etc.

2) Go there and sketch the contortions that are showing up in the physical postures and physical beauty of ugliness of each person's body.

3) After each sketch in your Beep! Book, assess the qualities of Being that are showing up in that way.

4) Give each sketch a name reflecting the Being's characteristic.

5) Optional additional bold move is to show your sketch to the person, and ask them for feedback about the accuracy of what you noticed.

1) For the next week, whenever you read something notice the qualities of Being of the writer even if you don't know them.

2) Notice the qualities that come through their own choice of words and structures of language.

3) Appreciate their ability to communicate life.

4) If you are a writer, send the author a letter of appreciation of the qualities of Being that you've noticed through their writing. The letter is nothing about what happened to you, what changed for you. It's about their quality of Being.

5) Copy-paste that letter as a review on Amazon or bookstore or comment on their article.

6) Do it for 3 authors of books or articles by the end of the week.

This experiment is for your Emotional body.

1) For one week, sit with different people from your environment, work, friends, also people that are not well known to you. With coffee.

2) There's a group conversation that you are part of. Start to notice:

-The 4 Feelings and what their heart is saying,

-What is important and essential to them,

-What they care about,

-What is the core message of care and Love that is behind the 4 Feelings,

3) What you notice is an expression of the qualities of their Being.

After noticing this and the conversation or the meeting or the interaction, make some space with them to ask if you can tell them what you saw the qualities of Being that you just witnessed in them. Do it verbally, live, using also your 4 Feelings. You don't have to say I feel... but you feel as you are sharing it.

Do it once a day for a whole week.

1) Open your Beep! Book and list qualities of Being that manifest through a person's energetic space. For example, mood, intention, level of commitment, wiggliness, uncertainty, doubt, sense of ownership, Authority, Presence, competitiveness, adaptiveness.

Hint: It is showing up in their energetic space and the space is their energetic body.

2) Armed with your list observe. Plan to scan for then interview 3 people.

3) Scan the group at a party or gathering (eg church) scan for the person that you are most repelled by.

4) Make sure you have your energetic center, personal bubble of space and grounding cord intact.

5) Approach them and start speaking.

6) As you do, Split Your Attention so that part of your attention is on what is happening in your Energetic body and notice what is happening in their's.

7) Find out what's so "repellant" to you in their energetic body, do this by noticing what happens, between: Your energetic body and their energetic body, your Being and their Being.

8) Place your attention on how their Being is contorted by their Box and notice how the contortion shows up in energetic spaces.

9) Talk to them for 15 minutes.

10)Make notes in your Book about what makes someone repelling.

11) At the end of the first one, you say "I'm looking for people that I am repelled by, that are invisible to me and that I am attracted to. Which one am I to you? Be honest".

12) Further: The 2nd person is the one that is invisible, 3rd person is the one that you are attracted to. (Do not flirt with the person you are attracted to).

13) Finish every single conversation within 15 minutes.

This Experiment is for one week. You will need to be around other people for this.

1) For the first half (3-4 days) Notice what other people's Beings unconsciously, (out of their awareness), embrace and care for and love.

2) Walk with the questions:

- What does their Being love?

You might notice that a man walking down the street stops and puts his hand on the tree, and in a way it's his Being loving the Tree and caring for the tree. Some Being's probably love animals. People collecting baskets made out of natural things.

- What is their Being attracted to?

- What is their Being embracing in their life?

Realize how much people's Beings are already alive in the world.

3) For the rest of the week. Notice what your Being is already loving and caring for. 4) Make it obvious to yourself by pausing and indulging for longer than is normal for you. Eg if your Being loves the smell of roses, let yourself do that for 5 whole minutes, a whole afternoon even! Make what your Being loves bigger.

5) Honor what your Being loves. If you love plants don't limit yourself to having one little dying mint on the side of the counter.

For this experiment you will need paper at least A3 sized and a collection of naturally occuring dyes, (items that stain for example: fruits, beetroot, spices, herbs, dirt, tea, dead purple bugs, ash, etc). A timer, away of taking photographs.

1) Make 3 to 5 different colours of water-based paint using natural dyes.

2) Set the timer for 45 minutes.

3) Use your fingers as paint brushes and on a paper at least as big as A3 size, let your Being have your fingers and make whatever shapes it wants. Let your Being express itself through paints.

4) Do not stop after 5 minutes or 10 minutes. Let it go for the full 45 minutes. Do not let your mind interfere by trying to paint a scenario or image. Let your Being share itself through shapes and the colours that you made.

5) Let your Being indulge in the experience of painting.

Hints: Figure out different ways to use your fingers for the expression of your Being on the paper.

6) Take a photograph of your painting at the begining, the middle then again at the end. The colours will change slightly over time and your Being is expressing its self in all of the moments of time.

7) Afterwards, bring the photographs to your 3 Cell and Possibility Team. Ask: What do you see in the three stages of my pianting?

8) Make notes in your Beep!Book on what they say, these are qualities of your Being.

1) Make an appointment with a career path consultant who use various tests to assess your capabilities, a Career advisor.

2) Do their test for finding out what work suits you. Do the one that takes 6 hours to do.

4) Do the character, talent.

5) Tell the consultant you are looking for your own qualities of Being, your deep value, ask "can you help me?"

6) They give you the test and you do it.

7) Again ask the counsellor, bring them the results and ask them "please tell me my qualities of Being, my value, before I say or do anything".

8) Write down careful notes about what they say.

9) Before you leave, tell them that you would like to appreciate their qualities of Being if they could listen to you for 3 minutes.

10)Do dragon speaking to them appreciating their qualities of Being.

Do this experiment with your own child or a child close to you. (A friends child, or relative)

1) Spend some time with them.

2) Start by simply be Present, observing them by themselves doing their own play. Them being entertained with their own world.

3) Sit closeby without interfering. Do not bring yourself into their play.

4) For 15-20minutes Notice the tempo and the attention, the creativity, the swift changes of the play or the continuous theme of what they are playing. Notice the space the child is creating and occupying for themselves. It could be stressed, concentrated, etc. Place your Attention on the feild they are creating

5) Move closer so that you are in the field, in the space of what the child is playing. You now become available for the child to include you in their play.

6) Connect with your own Being. Make sure you are Centered, Grounded and Bubbled.

7) Declare a Golden Cube around the Space, call in the Bright Principles of Collaboration, High Level Fun and Winning Happening.

8) Make yourself available as space of Vaccum, it is invasive if you ask them, it creates pressure.

9) If the child invites you to play with them, be in their play and do not change it into your play.

Hints: be in the field of the play of the child, be with their being that is creating that play with you, for you.

10)If they do not invite you, keep holding space for that child's Being to create their own play.

11)Write an article about Being and play, then register Matrix Code.

5) Notice when you notice another Human.

6) Become curious about what influences the proximity of noticing of another being, when you are noticed and when other people notice you.

Ask: what percentage Fear is in my body? Where is my attention? What is my purpose?

Hint: this could have to do with their purpose (Gremlin, adaptivenes), their level of attention, their fear level.

7)Lower your Numbness Bar to the sensations, Feelings and Emotions that come alive in you when making contact the Space that Being occupies.

8) Make notes in your Beep!Book about what you discover.

3) When you start noticing, also pay attention to what was the purpose, what was your level of presence.

1) Make a list of all the teams and groups of people that you are involved with. Your knitting circle, your Yoga class, your PTeam, your family, the different teams at work, having an affair, walking your dog team.

2) Next to each of the teams that you are in, write down what your Being brings to the Team.

3) Ask yourself: What qualities of my Being brings nourishment to this team?

4) Draw where you are on the map of the Team. What space do you occupy?

5) Map how energy flows through that diagram where you are. Being energy, not money, power, sex, time or anything like that.

6) Use a different colour and shape to map how Being energy shows in the diagram.

1) Make a list of groups that your name is in, but your Being is not in. Crap advertisements in your mail box. That includes also the Teams that you are not in integrity (PTeam, Possibilitator, Rage Club Spaceholder).

2) Notice the Team where you are in the Team, but your Being is not in the Team.

3) Take yourself out.

4) By the end of the week, take yourself out of all of them. Even groups that you have created.

5) Notice how much energy you get back.

3) Adjust your Being so that you can hear what is actually being said. Do this with your Intention,

4) Consciously rise your Fear and ask the Being your most pressing questions and write down the answers they give you.

5) Take whatever answers they give you earnestly.

6) You can even ask them "What can I do for you?"

7) Write down what they say and go and do it.

This experient will take 45 minutes to an hour . Be in a place where you can be alone and not disturbed.

1) Sit down in a completely relaxed position, but not lying down. Recline.

2)Close your eyes, take a deep breath.

3) Say "hello Being", sense into your Being.

4) Apologize for not listening often enough, for trying to shutting down, staying busy, occupied with your five body concerns that you ignore the inhabitant of the 5 bodies.

5) Let yourself feel anything that comes uo when you apologise.

6) Ask "please share your state of Being" and write it down.

7) Write down your state of Being.

This does not include your thoughts or feelings or concerns about the past or future. This is about your State of Being. Your current state of Being. There may be dis-ease, there may be uncelebrated emergences of Being, hidden parts. 

8) Then ask your Being these questions: What is necessary, for another part of your Being to emerge? And what is the Being longing for? What is it missing? What does the Being have to share as a gift? is it for you or for somebody else?

9) Write down everything you that comes.

Your Being has a treasure, a knack, and come to acknowledge or admit your Being's knack. Give more space for all these things you just found out.

10)For the next month, make space particularly for what you hear from your Being.

11) Write down the results of the month.

12) Read the results at your next PTeam. It could also be expressioned in another way e.g. drawing, song, about what space has been given, caring of a plant or--.

So many people listen to mind candy music, the words, the lyrics, the melody entertains the mind. Consider the idea that there might be entirely different qualities of music that would nurture your Being.

1) Search for 3 different pieces of music that nurture your Being and

2) listen to them during the week.

3) Find out what happens in your life as a result. For example, do you slow down, do you talk less, do you connect with others more, does your creativity blossom, do your fears go away, do you find more coincidences that are beyond predictability.

4) Find out what goes on when you listen to your Being's music.

5) Make a playlist titled My Being's Music.

6) Share the playlist with at least one other person.

7) Ask them: What does this music evoke in you? (feelings, impulses inspiration etc.)
