In daily life, so many modern citizens unconsciously maintain conditions where Low Drama Gremlin feeding is allowed without question, where competitive 'I win - you lose' interactions are played out as normal, where irresponsibility is promoted, and where the scarcity of respect unleashes desperate dishonorable survival behaviors. In these circumstances, so much time, energy, and attention is swallowed in overwhelming busyness and defending agains distractive noises that little aliveness remains by the end of the day.
Trainer Pathers gain the skills to create and maintain extraordinary Winning Happening spaces that are abundant in clarity and possibility. Usually we do it for others. At Trainer Path Lab we create and explore Extraordinariness for each other.
ATTENTIVE
Noticing what is happening and why on multiple levels simultaneously is the basis of navigating to Extraordinary. Every action (and inaction) has visible consequences. This is the domain of magic, the rare kind of radical responsibility that cares enough to halt or divest a creation before the creation discreates the extraordinary.
A Trainers moves that maintain the Extraordinary often Cause Transformation as a side effect.
Why is this? Because
RADICALLY RESPONSIBLE
No one knows what you are.
Especially they don't know what you are if you won't be who you are... even if you are not perfect... even if you are not finished...
Being what you are is not an acceptable defense strategy or excuse to dump your emotional Reactivity on the Team. Wrong space for that.
We are all defenseless here. We navigate to undefendedness.
Radical Responsibility is about calling the Purple Card on yourself, before the Team has to do it for you.
Radical Responsibility does not include blaming, complaining, projecting, expecting, resenting, revenging, etc. These are signals that it is time for an Emotional Healing Process.
Trainer Path Lab is not so much for processes as it is for co-invention.
Trainer Pathers should be in other Trainer Pathers' offerings once or twice a year to continue going through their own healing and evolution Processes.

TEAMWORK
Ask yourself this question. In Judo, Karate, Aikido, or any of the martial art schools that use colored Belts to publicly rank a participant's talent, is the beginner with the White Belt any less of a member of the tradition than the Black Belted old timer?
The answer is, no.
Without the White Belters, there could be no Black Belters, and vice versa. All participants together make up the gameworld.
The same is true of the 'White Belters' and 'Black Belters' in the Trainer Path. We are all on the Transformational Path together, and there is no top end. It is impossible to be a finished Trainer.
The Trainer Path tradition does not include ranking. Results speak for themselves. It is too easy to follow modern culture's illusionary hierarchies where one can hide behind a 'certificate' or a 'degree' on the wall, as if the paper saying you should be able to do something equates to you actually being able to do it...
There are only two rules: What you can do, and what you can't do.
No certification program substitutes for reality.
This is not the mafia where they point a gun at your head until you believe something is true. Belief does not fly here.
Trainer Path Lab is 'radical transformational guerilla street Trainer skills exchange. The 'street' part means that your skills are road tested. They are real in practice, or else they are fake. The fake part does not fly here.
Secretly agreeing to pretend as if there is no gap between what a person should be able to do and what they can actually do does that person no service.
The secret pretending is over.
Agreeing to hide the hidden competing commitments assures the failure of our friends. The hiding is over.
ARCHETYPAL
Here our Archetypal Lineages can break out into the 4 Lineage groups and meet to create new processes, ask the dangerous questions, and take care or our Lineage's business in the Trainer Path global gameworld.
Part of the archetypal journey is inventing or discovering ways to welcome new Trainers into the Trainer Path, such as:
- Hearing each new Trainer's personal saga of discovering that Possibility Management exists.
- Realizing that becoming a Trainer is their Archetypal Lineage calling them to life.
- Telling their own Legend of how it has been for them on their Path before, during, and after delivering their Practice ETB.
- Other Trainers telling their Legends of being inspired by the new Trainers' endeavors.
We also come together to celebrate all that Trainer Pathers have given during their time in the Trainer Path, and midwife Trainer Pathers out of the Trainer Path to take further but different steps on their journey.
Trainer Path Lab Format
Trainer Path Lab is an extraordinary 5-day self-organized transformational process exchange.
Below we show various components we will use to share what we have invented or discovered:
Torus Technology
We use the breathe-in / breathe-out, convergence / divergence rhythm of the Torus.
There are Nodes for research and experiment, sometimes separate and simultaneous, but often Trainer Path Lab functions as one whole Node.
Wisdom Counsel
Group intelligence is complex, but so are most of the opportunities presenting themselves to the Global Trainer Path to take action. Wisdom Counsel meeting technology calls in the wisdom from each of our Infinite Resources to serve as counsel in the circle.
The 'opportunity conversation' faces into the future that starts at our feet with each of our next steps. One way or another, our only choice is, "Yes."
Purple Card
Failing to distinguish between Low Drama and High Drama, Emotions and Feelings, Gremlin and Possibility Trainer, leaves the wealth of creation Doorways unopened due to the group's resources being drained into ordinary remedial swamps. Trainer Path Lab is too precious for righteous ordinariness.
Unconscious Declaring signals that Emotional Healing Processes are possible. These include Beliefs, Assumptions, Expectations, Prejudices, Projections, Positionality, Conclusions, Judgements, Resentments, and Story Worlds. Each occurrence raises the Purple Card, your personal Bullshit Detector, inviting the individual to take Radical Responsibility for their Reactivity, ask for a Spaceholder, exit the circle, and go through their Emotional Healing Process rather than trying to use Low Drama as a substitute for intimacy.
Being New Refugees Together
We in the Trainer Path are New Refugees, not refugees of war, famine, or climate change, but refugees of transformation. We have stepped over the thoughtware limits of modern culture and can no longer call modern culture our home. Why would we create it not to talk with each other? We are together in such exile, yet such an adventure. We are brothers and sisters in next culture, archearchy. No one even know what that is yet. We invent how it goes even now. Every part of modern culture fails us and needs reinvention. Our job together as Edgeworkers, Bridge Builders, Riftwalkers, Possibilitators, is to build the new global gameworlds that make existing gameworlds irrelevant.
Possibility Management Thoughtmaps
One part of the Trainer Pathers' shared Treasure is our collection of Possibility Management Thoughtmaps. Each new Distinction originates new ways to think about things we never thought could be thought about that way.
This is the kind of Treasure that grows the more we give it away.
Our copyleft (CC BY SA 4.0 International), open code Thoughtmaps are now available to anyone in the world, 24 hours a day, 365 day a year. This resource intends to expand itself. Here are Possibility Management Thoughtmaps for individuals and organizations, Worktalks, Workshops, online and offline Trainings, videos, articles, books, festivals, summer camps, Possibility Coaching, Possibility Mediation, Possibility Psychology, Feelings Practitioners, WECONFEST... you name it. Possibility Management Processes
Another part of our Trainer Pathers' shared Treasure is our collection of copyleft, open code Possibility Management online and offline Processes. These descriptions and scripts serve as a record of the path of Possibility Management through the decades, and a huge resource for the global gameworld of the PM Trainer Path.
Nowadays, new Processes are emerging faster than we can share them with each other, so here is our catalog.
Yes, these processes are Transformational. They induce Liquid States during which deep and lasting Transformational change occurs in the 5 Bodies.
Yes, these processes need to be delivered in a specifically held Context by Trainers with proper Space Holding and Space Navigating skills.
Fortunately, the secret keeps itself. These Processes hide in plain sight. If someone does not have the Matrix in their Being to hold the Distinctions in the Processes they will not be able to even see or deliver the Process.
We are keeping a few of the core processes offline for the time being, such as Hidden Purpose Process, Growing Up (Mom and Dad) Process, The Wall, but the rest are valuable in so many situations that we can no longer keep them hidden away.

THE TRAINER PATH INCLUDES YOU SO WHY NOT INCLUDE IT?

We have busy lives. It can be reasonable to exclude things that seem less relevant.
This Experiment is to change the relevance of Trainer Path in your world.
How is Trainer Path relevant to you? The answer is simple: unless you have become a perfect, finished, completed Trainer... then you are still on the Trainer Path. What if you admit it to yourself? What if you admit it to others?
Trainer Path is a 'pay it forward' gameworld. What this means is that you do for others what you wish others would have done for you.
This Experiment is to go out of your way for a few minutes each day to check on The Quest of two other Trainer Pathers. Find out what their current experiments are, where their 'hot spots' of development are, where they are hurting and where they are celebrating. Do this for no reason. Do it for free, as part of the custom of the Trainer Path to support each other to become better Trainer Trainers.
Think about how much leverage you create for doing 'good' when you empower a fellow Trainer in their work. For example, bringing one Trainer forward helps them more powerfully serve 10,000 people in their lifetime, some of whom are also Trainers who will additionally improve the lives of a further 10,000 people! By you going out of your way to 'preach to the choir', that is, to further support one of your colleagues who already shares the value of Transformation in their lives, you potentially unleash a wave of 100,000,000 (10,000 x 10,000) further Box expansions! DURING A TEAM MEETING RELOCATE YOUR POINT OF ORIGIN INTO THE EXTRAORDINARY CONTEXT OF THE TRAINER PATH

You have been trained my modern culture to plant your roots deep into the soil that is located between the rails of the Low Drama Train Tracks. Then, every time a Low Drama Train zooms along these tracks, you are smashed to smithereens. It is a survival situation that seems endless. What can you do about it? You can do the Self Surgery of relocating your Point Of Origin to the soil that is two meters to the left, outside of the rails.
If you do that, what happens when a Low Drama Train zooms past? Nothing. You notice it go by. You experience being amazed that you stayed a powerless victim in between the tracks for so long, that you were run over so many times.
This Experiment is to privately do the self surgery of relocating your Point Of Origin a few meters outside of the Low Drama Train Tracks. You will know you have succeeded when you wake up each morning in the Extraordinary Context. Decide not to go anywhere else besides the Extraordinary Context all day, even if it looks for a while like you are alone there. Decide that no matter what happens, you at least keep one foot in the Extraordinary Context as your Point Of Origin.

NOTE: Please review other Process / Initiation Write Ups to get a sense for the thoroughness and specificity of language needed for a useful write up. Plenty of sample Process writeups are available for you to study at the https://pmprocesses.mystrikingly.com website.
In particular, please include word-for-word scripts for how to navigate the Context Setting, Instructions, and Coaching during your Process / Initiation. The words that come directly from the Process space are so important to create proper outcomes.

MAKE 'PIRATE AGREEMENTS' WITH OTHER TRAINER PATHERS TO EXPAND THEIR TRAINER PATH TALENTS AND KNACKS

A 'Pirate Agreement' is what Trainers do to help support each other to step over their Box's line into new territory. The Pirate Agreement is you taking a bigger stand for the other person than they can take for themselves. And vice versa.
Making a Pirate Agreement is not a Fair interaction. But it is often unfair in ways that you do not (and are not allowed to...) expect.
It is often the case the the benefits you receive from Holding Space for someone else's success far outweighs the investment you put in to make it happen. You may end up with lifelong friends. You may end up hearing Legends about your commitment to the well being of another person repeated back to you from a stranger years later as they hire you for an outstanding project.
Who knows?
It does not really matter.
What does matter is that making 'Pirate Agreements' electrifies the world around you with extraordinariness. It ignites Adventure, Camaraderie, and Transformation where before there was just drudgery. You can do this as a matter of course in your daily life.
This Experiment is to once a week for the next 3 months make and maintain a Pirate Agreement with a fellow Trainer Pather until the agreement is completed and integrated into their lives to build the foundation for their next Pirate Agreement. This means you make 12 unique Pirate Agreements during the 3 months.

When it is appropriate, a small Team of Spaceholders for the Trainer Path Lab will organize the date and location of the training space, send out appropriate invitations, organize food, and manage the logistics. This Logistics Team will collect the 100 Euros Organization Fee from participants. Food and overnight costs will be split equally.
As soon as things start coming together you will (or will not) be notified.
Meanwhile, if you have understood anything written in this website, then you know you already have plenty of valuable Work to do to get yourself ready.
Trainer Skills Lab

The journey to fulfill your potential can take many different directions. It often begins with work on yourself.

As you journey through your Healing, Transformation and Evolution, you start discovering that you are not separate from Gaia.

Trainer Skills LAB is a training ground where you can practice the skills needed to deliver transformational work to others and go through the healing you need to take the next step in your evolution as a Spaceholder.
It is a place where looking good gets in your way. A place where you will get directions from your team to get closer to your treasure chest and unfold your own colors as a Spaceholder.

NOTE: This website is a Bubble in the Bubble Map of the free-to-play, massively-multiplayer, online-and-offline, thoughtware-upgrade, matrix-building, personal-transformation, adventure-game called StartOver.xyz. It is a doorway to experiments that upgrade your thoughtware so you can relocate your point of origin and create more possibility. Your knowledge is what you think about. Your thoughtware is what you use to think with. When you change your thoughtware, you go through a liquid state as your mind reorganizes itself.
