WHAT IS POTENTIAL?
Potential is what already could exist but does not yet exist in reality.
The pattern is there. The idea is there. The resources are there. But the actuality is not there, yet, although it could be.
What brings potential to life in reality?
Often the force that brings a Potential into reality is the experiments of an Edgeworker.
Why?
Because Potential most often manifests at the edges, the boundary between one medium and another.
Why?
Because there is freedom of nonlinear movement at the edges. The constraints are weaker. The boundaries are undefined.
Being able to assess Potential has great value in the real world of bringing projects and Gameworlds to life.
Why?
Because Potential can be for valuable things, but Potential can also be for detrimental, dangerous, or harmful things.
Being able to assess the chances for which a detrimental thing might occur is called 'Failure Mode Analysis'. You are checking out which of the many ways something could come to harm, crash, or break down, before it breaks down, giving you the chance to avoid the calamity before it occurs.
If your Compass Of Reality is vague or poorly calibrated, if your Inner Structure is weak, then you have diminished chances to make accurate and ongoing Failure Mode Analysis, and your might often experience avoidable accidents in your life, or, your main focus is on trying to stay ordinary, normal, and safely away from any kind of evolutionary edges or experiences.
FIVE UNRECOGNIZED HUMAN POTENTIALS FOR ARCHIARCHY PRACTICE
Below are five human potentials that are mostly unknown or under-practiced by citizens of modern culture, yet fully practicable now as nonmaterial value by Edgeworkers, Possibilitators, and Archans. I will define each one, explain its value to the field, and describe how it can be practiced alone, and also together in Possibility Teams
1. RADICAL AGENCY
What it is:
The ability to choose, create, and navigate your own gameworld — rather than remaining subject to the unconscious rules and stories of existing gameworlds.
Most citizens of modern culture mistake freedom for consuming choices presented to them. Radical agency awakens the possibility to invent entirely new possibilities that have no precedent.
Why it matters:
Radical agency restores sovereignty to the individual and regenerates collective creativity. Without it, humans remain trapped in service of outdated hierarchies and systems.
Practice:
• Alone:
Map your own gameworlds — write down the invisible rules you are playing by and consciously redesign them.
• Together:
In Possibility Teams, practice "Gameworld Jamming" — co-create prototype gameworlds and agreements that nobody thought possible yet.
2. ENERGETIC DISCERNMENT
What it is:
The capacity to perceive and distinguish subtle energetic qualities — such as intentions, hidden emotions, context, and resonance — that modern culture dismisses or denies.
Energetic discernment allows you to feel what is actually going on, not just what appears to be happening.
Why it matters:
Without this skill, humans are easily manipulated, trapped by appearances, and unable to detect incongruence or possibility.
Practice:
• Alone:
Sit in public spaces and track the energetic qualities of people or interactions you witness.
• Together:
In Possibility Teams, practice "Silent Resonance Circles" — take turns describing the energetic undercurrents you perceive while others speak.
3. ARCHETYPAL SERVICE
What it is:
The conscious activation of your Archetypal Lineage and offering its value to the world — not as a career, hobby, or role, but as a service you are uniquely designed to deliver.
Why it matters:
Modern culture breeds dependency on roles and careers that serve itself, not life. Archetypal Service bypasses that and aligns you with Gaia’s evolution.
Practice:
• Alone:
Hold space for your Archetypal Lineage to speak through you. Journal what you hear and act on its guidance.
• Together:
In Possibility Teams, use the process “Lineage Unmasking” — members reflect to one another what lineage qualities and patterns they see trying to come alive in each person.
4. LIQUID STATE FLUENCY
What it is:
The willingness and ability to stay present and functional while in a liquid state — the emotional, mental, and energetic destabilization that accompanies transformation.
Why it matters:
Modern culture trains people to resist, avoid, or medicate instability. Yet liquid states are necessary for evolution and regenerative change.
Practice:
• Alone:
Choose one area of your life where you’re clinging to stability. Make a conscious experiment to let go and let it destabilize.
• Together:
In Possibility Teams, create a space called “Liquid Lounge” — a container for people to enter their next liquid state intentionally and receive holding from the group.
5. MEMETIC STEWARDSHIP
What it is:
The capacity to consciously craft, refine, and release new distinctions, memes, and stories into the field — and tend to how they take root and grow.
Why it matters:
Modern culture’s memes colonize minds and block regenerative possibilities. Memetic Stewardship seeds the field with life-giving patterns that others can access.
Practice:
• Alone:
Identify a harmful meme you still carry (e.g., “Success means more money”) and consciously replace it with a regenerative meme.
• Together:
In Possibility Teams, hold “Meme Harvesting” circles — collect and refine the most potent memes emerging in your group and agree to test and share them consciously.
WHY THESE 5 HUMAN POTENTIALS FOR ARCHIARCHY MATTER NOW
Each of these potentials provides new scaffolding in the morphogenetic field for others to inhabit.
Practicing them puts nonmaterial value directly into circulation and accelerates the shift from Patriarchy to Archiarchy.
When even a small number of Possibilitators hold and model these potentials, the resonance becomes easier for others to find.
It’s how new thoughtware spreads invisibly and then appears to emerge 'suddenly' out of nowhere.

YOUR POTENTIAL DETECTOR
You have a built in Potential Detector, somewhere near your Solar Plexus. It is definitely NOT in your mind, and it is very different from the Feelings Detector in your Heart.

It is not your Bullshit Detector.

It is not your Gremlin Detector, although your Potential Detector can sense Gremlin offers before they are made.

Your Potential Detector has a particular sensitivity to which words, movements, offers, withholds, etc. move towards the Ordinary World, and which words, silences, gestures, movements, offers, withholds etc. move towards the Extraordinary.

Detecting Potential feels like sensing when a Distinction lands in a Space or not, or how the Distinction is landing in a person's Being.

A distinction is an energetic slice through an experience. When a distinction lands in the space, the space moves: it might changes shape, direction, quality or you might even move to a whole new space in the great labyrinth of spaces. The possibilities available in the space are different before and after the distinction. What you can increase is your Potential Sensor, your sensitivity to potential: how is the quality of the space, and the possibility available in the space changed by the offers/the distinctions (or lack of) made in the space.

For example, most people - accurately their Boxes - will make offer move away from the edges of the space/their Box in the marshmallow zone where they know they can survive: by disagreeing, or agreeing, by trying to be right, by speaking general platitude and theory, by being nice or throwing oil on the fire, by using Channel 1 or Channel 2 of Gremlin, etc...
In this case, they are using ordinary move to keep the space ordinary.

The Potential Sensor sense / smells / sees / experiences both moves made towards less activated potential and moves made towards more activated potential. The potential can be of one individual, a team, or a whole space.

An addition to your experiment would be to not only sense the potential that you liberate - and I am adding that you inhibits - but also the potential that other people liberate or inhibits.

For example, in this message: almost every sentence is a distinction. And each distinction moves along the way to liberate more potential through awareness of something that we were not aware of before, including me! Can you sense how when you read through each sentence the space available to you moves?

It may be that you have never used your Potential Detector. Maybe it's a little dusty or the controller is a little rusty.
Your Potential Detector is not your Feelings Detector.

This first experiment can help you get your Potential Detector up and running and try it out.
Try it out right here and now. My detector has a scale of 1 - 100. There are detectors that have other scales.
Now measure the potential that the space has right now and set the detector accordingly.
The experiment goes like this, that you use and set your potential detector for the next 9 days,
- every time you enter a new space,
- after you have spent about half an hour in the space and
- just before you leave the space.
So you will set and adjust your Potential Detector several times a day.

Write down the amount of potential that lies in the following things and record it in your Beep! Book.
The detector is not in your head, so don't think about the potential.
Measure it with the detector in your solar plexus.
- An apple core (cut open an apple and take out one of the cores, then measure the potential).
- A white sheet of paper.
- A tree in the forest (go to the forest and try different trees).
- A banknote.
- The next person you meet while doing this experiment.
- This experiment.
- The next animal you meet while doing this experiment.
Find other things whose potential you can measure. I have had the experience that I can measure all things but myself.

DO EVERYTHING SO THAT THE POTENTIAL OF THE SPACE CONTINUES TO SLEEP

Measure the potential you perceive in the space and set the potential detector on your solar plexus accordingly.
Measure the potential in the space approximately every 3 minutes. Potential can be very fast and there may be a person in the space who is trying to awaken it by bringing distinctions or asking dangerous questions.
If you notice that the potential in the space is rising, try the following:
- Ask a question that will make the space drift back in the ordinary direction.
- Let your Gremlin become active and distract from the potential, for example by letting your Goodgirl Box become active or by asking for help.
- Interrupt the one who wants to wake up the potential with ordinary remarks and logistical questions.
- Provide a technical disruption.
Do this for 30 minutes, all the while measuring the presence of potential in the space with your potential detector and resetting your detector each time.
Then stop doing this and observe what happens. Continue to measure the potential every 3 minutes. Is it rising? Who is awakening it? How is it awakened?

EXPERIMENT WITH HOW A DANGEROUS QUESTION CAN AFFECT THE AMOUNT OF POTENTIAL AVAILABLE BY ASKING QUESTIONS

Enter a space, well suited for this experiment is a team meeting or a worktalk, gladly also online.
Scan the potential of the space with your potential detector.
Adjust your detector accordingly.
Then ask a dangerous question. It can be a nonlinear question or a question where you show yourself vulnerable, questioning something that no one has ever questioned before. It can be an invitation to lay bullshit on the table. A dangerous question can make the space shake energetically and instantly, it can make feelings and emotions arise.
That's the kind of question you're supposed to ask.
Scan how the potential of the space is changing.
How has the space changed?
What possibilities are there now?
What doorways have appeared?
Register the amount of potential present with your detector and set it accordingly.

Land a distinction in the space from time to time and measure the potential.
Does it change? Does it increase or decrease?
You give the distinction with your explorer mind into space to find out how distinctions affect the potential in space.
So give at least 5 distinctions in a space that lasts 90 minutes and measure the potential.
Draw in your Beep! Book a curve that represents the level of the existing potential in the space like a fever curve.

TEAM EXPERIMENT: AWAKEN THE POTENTIAL OF SPACE WITH DANGEROUS QUESTIONS

Go together in groups of three (if you meet online, go in threes in breakout rooms).
Person A asks a dangerous question about himself.
It can be a question that makes person A vulnerable.
It can be a question that person A puts on the table the bullshit they have been telling themselves and others.
It can be a question that person A has never asked anyone because the fear of the answer is so great.
Person B answers the question for 2 minutes.
When the answer is spoken, person A asks the second question. It may be that this second question concerns a deeper layer or a new aspect that has emerged because of person B's answer.
Person B answers the second question for 2 minutes.
Then person A asks the third question and person B answers it again for 2 minutes.
The coach has the important task of coaching both persons.
What is the real question? How does it become even simpler, even clearer, even more dangerous?
Where is the next layer, what is the thing that must not be said?
What feelings and emotions are there?
Sharing in the space with everyone together.
