    How Much Does The Trainings Costs?

    The standardized tuition for five-day Expand The Box trainings and Possibility Labs is a sliding-scale: meaning that the exact amount paid is determined by the participant themselves based on perceived value received. The sliding scale does not include overnight or food costs.

    We use a tier pricing plan that applies full-time residents in various countries.

    EXPAND THE BOX PRICE -

    1. NEW ZEALAND TIER - The tuition for the first Expand The Box is a sliding scale 700-950$. The tuition investment for the second ETB is 400$, third ETB is 200$, fourth ETB 100$, from fifth ETB on, 0 €
    2. INTERNATIONAL TIER (special price for these trainings in New Zealand) - Applies to Global North countries, and nomad participants. The tuition for the first Expand The Box is a sliding scale 400-950€. The tuition investment for the second ETB is 300€, third ETB is 150€, fourth ETB is 75€, from fifth ETB on, 0€.

    POSSIBILITY LAB and WOMEN OF EARTH LAB PRICE -

    1. NEW ZEALAND TIER - The tuition for a Lab is a sliding scale 700-950$NZ.
    2. INTERNATIONAL TIER (only for these trainings in New Zealand) - Applies to Global North countries, and nomad participants. The tuition for a Lab is a sliding scale 400-950€/$US.
    3. EXTRA TIER - For Global South countries, the tuition for a Lab is a sliding scale 265-950€.

    The cost of accommodation and food are shared equally among the participants. In New Zealand, those costs are usually around 300$NZ for the whole training.

    History of Expand The Box

    The first Expand The Box training was delivered in March 1998 in Hamburg, Germany, by Clinton Callahan, coached by Bernhard Uhl and Thomas Bormann.

    Since then, Expand The Box training has continued to evolve, deepen, and spread, until now it is offered by Possibility Management Trainers in many countries in Europe and the Americas.

    In 2008 we were forced to recognize that Expand The Box training provides thoughtware upgrades for thriving in next culture - Archiarchy - the Earth-regenerating, nonmaterial-value, adulthood-initiation-centered, radical-responsibility culture emerging around the world now that matriarchy and patriarchy have run their course.

    Participating in Expand The Box training suggests that you may be an 'Edgeworker', someone discovering that modern culture has exceeded its limitations, and dedicated to being a 'bridge' for the 'paradigm-shift' out of modern culture and into next culture - Archiarchy.

    Requirements to Participate In Labs

    REQUIREMENT #1: Successfully completing at least one five-day online-or-offline Expand The Box training delivered by a Possibility Management Trainer Guild qualified Trainer. (Visit the Expand The Box website to see who the qualified Expand The Box Trainers are.) The Distinctions you will need to fully participate in a Possibility Lab are delivered in Expand The Box training.

    REQUIREMENT #2: Being of sound mind and body with enough energetic resilience and physical stamina to fully participate in the Possibility Lab exercises and processes. All Possibility Labs are alcohol free, marijuana free, and drug free spaces. If you suffer from physical symptoms or take psychopharmaceuticals or antidepressants, your proper path may be to participate in one or more Feelings Practitioner trainings before Possibility Lab. (Please contact the Feelings Practitioners directly to consult with their expertise.)

    The 'Money Question' for Lab Participants

    Becoming an Alchemist's apprentice before being accepted into the company of an Alchemist is a non-linear approach. It is comparable to providing value into a ‘money-loop’ before you have a signed contract with a client. Somehow you intuit that ‘what goes around, comes around’, so to initiate the flow, you launch something valuable so it starts going around.

    To deepen the analogy, it is radically obvious yet contrary to common thinking, to assert that you do not actually have to ‘make money’. You do not have to make money because there is already more than enough money in the world. Everywhere you look there are trillions and trillions of dollars represented by the organizations and associations that create, sustain, and dispose of the objects and services of your life. This wealth flows abundantly from bank account to bank account in money loops.

    Most of us relate to money as victims. That is, you wait around for some money-loop to come discover you and, of its own volition, start flowing money through your personal bank account for no particular reason.

    But this is not how money works. Money needs a reason to flow through your bank account. The most irresistible reason is value. Value is irresistible to money no matter how tight the money-loop is constructed, because if value is received in a money-loop, the cost of the value will be less than the worth of the value.

    The linear approach to providing value into a money-loop is to hope that a money loop discovers the value you can provide, and then invites you to deliver your value. This is called advertising.

    The non-linear approach to providing value into a money-loop is to discover and refine your ability to deliver your value yourself, go find one or more money-loops in which the value you provide makes a difference and is valued, and then without asking permission, without marketing yourself or negotiating a deal, start providing the value into the loop. This is called invention.

    The energetic law says that if value is received then it will be paid for. As soon as your value is received by the loop, you will start getting paid. Voila! You have just been included in the money-loop. It does not cost the money-loop anything to flow some of its money through your bank account too.

The power of conscious Fear led me into adventures beyond the restrictions of the culture I was raised in.

    I have a calling to create New Culture where people discover who they really are so that they can follow their life purpose. I believe that we are here for a reason and everything is connected. We are all responsible for what we create including our individual lifes as well as the life on Planet Earth. I am confident about purpose beyond everyday existence the unity of humankind and its evolution. It sustains me in the face of life’s mysteries. I am here to hold space for your discoveries.

    I co-create Ontree - Archiarchy Invention Centre in New Zealand, where we reinvent all aspects of human life to Invent Next Culture that comes after patriarchy.

    Since being a child I have been curious about humans, how people behave and interact with each other and themselves. I left home when I was 16 years old and since then I tried many different “suits”, exploring and playing with what it means to have an identity. I was very shy and studied to become an actress, I was scared of the sea and became a dive-master… Unconsciously I chose professions that were very unlikely to my identity, and now I see how being at the edge of what is possible, and turning the impossible into possible, has always been part of my life.

    Now as a Possibilitator I get to consciously be at my edge, at the edge of culture, and try new suits, with the purpose of empowering myself, others and Gaia.

    I strip off what is in the way of being the space through which life and love happen.

    I am creating together with other culture creatives Ontree Centre, an Archiarchy Invention Centre, where we experiment and invent the next culture out of patriarchy.

    Following a quest that begain when I was 11 years old and I had a knowing about the destructiveness of the Patriarchal Culture, and the harm it causes to humanity. At that time, I remember writing a 4 page essay on my abhorrence of war. Even though there were no ethical values or religion in my childhood home, I had an intuitive knowledge that everyone in the world has brothers & sisters, mothers & fathers, sons & daughters, so I thought how could anyone purposely harm or kill some-one else’s beloved family member.

    There was always within me a combination of a love for humanity and rage, sadness and fear for the crimes committed against people, especially women and children.

    Nowdays I work as a Possibility Manager with a background in Psychodrama and an Agent of Transformation courageously exploring both my own inner world and that of others. It turns me on to be part of creating the new culture of Archiarchy and co-create a space where adults can become truly responsible for themselves, their relationships and this planet.

  • The 'What? How? Who?' Questions

    What? Possibility Management and Archiarchy.

    Possibility Management is a global context and community providing: Healing, Adulthood Initiations, Thoughtware Upgrades, Transformational Skills, and Personal Agency for creating the culture you would love to live in.

    After a one decade of development, we discovered that what we were inventing is thoughtware for next culture: Archiarchy. Archiarchy is the culture that is naturally emerging after Matriarchy and Patriarchy have run their course, as it is becoming clearly evident these days.

    The first Expand The Box training officially marked the start of Possibility Management. It took place in March 1998, twenty-seven years ago.

    Since then, Possibility Management has expanded, transformed and deepened its own context in many ways through the radical and authentic research of Possibilitators ('those who create possibility for others') around the world.

    Possibilitators are unfolding hidden talents for cavitating and navigating healing and transformational spaces, both online and in-person, for individuals and in groups in Possibility Teams, Rage Club, Fear Club, Possibility Coaching, WorkTalks, Workshops, articles, and books.

    Possibility Management has taken root in New Zealand seven years ago with Ana Norambuena. Chilean-born, she moved from Germany to New Zealand without speaking English. Trained as a psychologist, she became the seed of Archiarchy in New Zealand as a Expand The Box and Possibility Lab Trainer.
