Who benefits from agreeing to participate in a system and then sneaking through Loopholes of responsibility? Your Gremlin! Notice that the Loophole does not exist in reality. But if you twist the system around just so - and nobody catches your trick - it looks like there is a Loophole!

More interestingly, no one can stop you from closing your own Loopholes.
Closing your own Loopholes depends on deepening your context with Reality.
With more consciousness, you see more consequences with using Loopholes, including the frightening ones.
Without Loopholes you can be Radically Responsible, can Radically Relate, and Play Full Out.
