Expand The Box
13-17 August 2025
Expand The Box is the core training for Possibility Management: a safe and astonishing learning environment for upgrading traditional thinking and behaviors.
You will access new possibilities, new perspectives, and new skills for creating a life full of vividness and authenticity.
Without your knowing how, the standard thinking and behavior patterns you adopted from your parents, your culture, and your education system could severely limit both the quality of your relationships and your ability to respond creatively to the opportunities and challenges of life.
In Expand the Box you will explore new thoughtmaps and practice new forms of experiencing. You will train individually, in pairs, in small groups and as a whole group to enter new territory and discover hidden fields of human possibility. We will create the safest of conditions, where you can make maximum mistakes with only positive consequences.

Possibility Village Lab
20-24 August 2025
Completing Expand The Box qualifies you to attend the Possibility Labs. In Possibility Labs you change your relationship to inner blocks by getting deep insights into your true needs and hidden purposes.
Through approaching your essential inspiration and applying practical tools and techniques of Possibility Management, you pave the way for reviving your true vocation, no matter how big your vocation is.
Possibility Labs provide a safe space for your ongoing initiation into responsible adulthood and into a purpose-driven life.

Heal From School Lab
27-31 August 2025
You carry wounds from being in public school, ranging from being adaptive, disavowing your own authority, being terrified of being creative, and holding on to negative assessments about your value from testing and teacher's comments as voices in your head. These impressions and experiences stay in you for the rest of your life. They shape what is possible for you until you do the adult and archetypal healing and initiatory processes that change your wounds into gateways.
What most people learn in school is that they hate learning, cannot write what they think about, hate reading books, despise math, and fail on purpose because when you win, it means others must lose.
School is a test environment for learning to compete and survive the rest of your life. Being oriented towards competing to survive blocks you from finding and developing your true talents and gifts, because most of your gifts are not mentioned in the curriculum. If you love something not taught at school, they imply you are crazy or dangerous.
Public school was invented 150 years ago to prepare workers to endure life as a production worker and to prepare soldiers to obey orders from 'superiors'. To send a child to school in the 21st Century is physical, emotional, intellectual, and psychological abuse.
Each day you spent in school was one less day you had to unfold your special potentials for getting prepared for what is coming.
Through specific, strong, transformational, healing and adulthood initiatory processes, Heal From School Lab is part of igniting your adulthood path in Life. Plus, during this Lab, we practice basic and advanced skills for authentic creation, radical relating, and going into discovery together.

Participating in an Expand The Box Training is a requirement to join the Heal From School Lab. We highly recommend that you also participate in a Rage Club (https://rageclub.org) (online or offline) as serious preparation for engaging with this Lab.

Anne-Chloé Destremau - Trainer
French Swimming Champion before graduating from a double-BS in Economics and Private Law, 2013. MS in International Law, 2015. Serial Gameworld Builder. Edge-worker. Liberationist of liberators. Possibility Managament Trainer. Spaceholder Trainer. Trainer-Trainer.
I was not aware I was an Transformational Alchemist until I met other Trainers who welcomed me as their colleagues.
Before then I thought I was a very strange human being.
Now I see that I am just an ordinary Trainer.
I am shocked at the lack of imagination of modern culture to bring people to live in their true calling so they can serve society from beyond its edge.
Now that I can stand on that edge, I dedicate myself to reaching over to my brother and sister edgeworkers and calling them back into action, even if they are afraid to show up in their true power again, even if they forgot that not knowing how to do it is the way to actually do it.
When I can deliver clarity that ignites unquenchably sparkling eyes and a fierce committed voice in other young people, I regain hope for a bright future for humanity.

Clinton Callahan - Trainer
BS Physics 1975 California, author, trainer-trainer, homeschooling dad, Memetic Engineer, Transformational Circle Alchemist. Waiting around for things to get better got boring.
I became an avid experimenter. Discovered more than I bargained for. It forced me to find out what is really going on. Made things worse. Humans use Standard Human Intelligence Thoughtware. I had to invent and populate a cultural context that made sense – archiarchy. Figured out how to deliver authentic adulthood thoughtware upgrades. Built that into the transformational gameworld of Possibility Management.
Then climate change stomps the future. Forces us to share the astonishing stuff we're discovering with as many good people as possible. (This means you!) Putting everything online as fast as we can at the free-to-play, massively-multiplayer, online-and-offline, personal-transformation, matrix-building, thoughtware-upgrade, adventure-game StartOver.xyz. Not good enough. Need 30 hectares in Costa Rica highlands. Time to birth the Possibility Initiation Center.

Gabriela Klara Kowalska - Organizer
Gabriela Kowalska started her discovery journey of Life through art. Being a graphic designer, she learned that the first design is never the final design. Thus Gabriela became an Evolutionary, someone who steps first into the storm. When you get swept up into her transformational whirlwind, possibilities that were just a moment before invisible appear. No longer stuck, you realize that the world is much bigger than you originally thought!
Gabriela embodies a feminine paradox of being close, caring, and open hearted, while wielding a sharp sword that cuts through self-deception and fantasy worlds.
Gabriela has been delivering Rage Club, 13-weeks Inner Navigation Series, and Possibility Coaching for the past 8 years.
Sophia Wegele - Organizer
Sophia Wegele is a carpenter by education and a healer by trade. She applies her down-to-earth precisions for building bridges over which people can pass to more effectively become themselves. Sophia relates with whoever is put on her path and carefully brings forward their potential. In her connection field, people experience being loved and seen. During years of tending gardens, Sophia developed skills for grounding people in their own nature.
Sophia is the spaceholder for the Archiarchy Village of Ammersee in Germany. She is a formidable Rage Club and Fear Club Spaceholder, and is preparing herself to develop an Archiarchy Invention Center.
