A friend told me about this device. A shredder is a mechanical device for shredding different materials. A memory shredder shreds memories.
The experiment works like this:
Take a few minutes in the evening and write down 10 incidents from today that you remember and would like to shred.

You want to forget them forever and not remember them.

Then take the first incident with your energetic hands and let it slide from the top into the memory shredder. Make the sound that the memory shredder makes when shredding the incident.
Do this with all 10 incidents one after the other.

These incidents are now no longer memories. They are erased forever, as if they never happened.
